Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för utvinnande av energi och kemika-lier ur avlut frän massaberedning, varvid luten efter kon- 5 centrering termiskt sönderdelas vid ett tryck över atmos-färtrycket och under tillförsel av syre 1 en mängd under den stökiometriskt erforderliga för fullständig oxidation, och frän de vid sönderdelningen bildade gaserna svavelhal-tiga föreningar utvinnes genom att absorberas av en alka- 10 lisk lösning, kännetecknat därav, att den termiska sönderdelningen genomföres i ett steg vid en tem-peratur mellan 700 och 850 °C och ett tryck av 10 - 15 bar, samt att syre tillföres i en mängd som svarar mot 5 - 75 % av den stökiometriskt erforderliga, s& att nägon smälta 15 icke bildas.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att avluten härrör frän en sulfat-massaprocess.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, 20 kännetecknat därav, att den termiska sönder delningen genomföres vid en temperatur mellan 740 och 800 °C.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att den termiska sönder- 25 delningen genomföres vid ett tryck av 15 - 25 bar.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att vid den termiska sönderdelningen syre tillföres i en mängd, svarande mot 30 -50 % av den stökiometriska mängden för fullständig oxida- 30 tion.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att gaserna frän den termiska sönderdelningen efter att ha tvättats bringas att uträtta arbete under förbränning i en gasturbin, och därefter i en 35 gaspanna bringas att avgiva energi för generering av änga. 16
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att gaserna frän gaspannan användes för torkning och värmning av ett eller flera bränslen, vllka därefeter i en förgasningsanordning vid ett tryck 5 över atmosfärtrycket och under tillförsel av syre termiskt sönderdelas tili att bilda brännbara gaser, vllka samman-släs med de tvättade gaserna frän den termiska sönderdel-ningen av avluten, innan de ledes tili gasturbinen.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 6 eller 7, 10 kännetecknat därav, att gasturbinen driver en kompressor, vilken komprimerar en syrehaltig gas, som där-efter ledes tili den termiska sönderdelningen av avluten och tili förgasningsanordningen.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 6, känne-15 tecknat därav, att ängan frän gaspannan värmeväxlas mot gaserna frän den termiska sönderdelningen, och däref-ter bringas att uträtta arbete i en ängturbin.
