Abstract

The invention concerns a transfer channel for the transfer of different types of material. The transfer channel 10 comprises sectional channels 21, separated from each other, to handle different materials, which for the most part come into use at different times. The sectional channels 21.1.....21.5 are made with walls of flexible material and joined together to a transfer channel 10, so that the sectional channel 21.2, for example, which is in use at a given time, can occupy a large part, most effectively the greatest part, of the total cross-section of the transfer channel 10, during which time the other sectional channels 21 are, at least partially, pressed together. In addition, the invention presents a processing and separation system for refuse through application of the transfer channel. <IMAGE>
