Abstract

The subject-matter of the invention is a cooling system for cooling ambient air, the said cooling system comprising a condenser/compressor unit 1 and a Freon piping network 2 connected thereto, the condenser/ compressor unit being designed to condense and circulate the Freon present in the Freon piping network 2. The quantity of Freon required for application of the direct evaporation method is large, the method is noisy and the blowing temperature is not continuously adjustable. A cooling system according to the invention comprises fans 3 installed in the room space, a liquid piping network 4 connected to the fans, preferably a water piping network, and a central unit 5, located in proximity to the room spaces, to which unit the Freon piping network 2 and the liquid piping network 4 are led, the said central unit 5 comprising a heat exchanger 6 for cooling of the water with the aid of Freon. <IMAGE>
