Abstract

The invention concerns a coupling microelectric valve with a single membrane 23. The membrane has an outer flexible part and a center part on which a rocker arm 24 is cast. Shaft part 27 in said rocker arm is at a right angle relative to the membrane plate and is intended to take up a recess 12 in a sliding sleeve. The membrane rocker arm arrangement is coupled to a shaft 21 which passes through the rocker arm and is supported by the valve body 1. The microvalve is useable in chemical and medical analysis equipment. <IMAGE>
