Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus, of the type comprising a vertical bucket which contains the fluid and the necessary reagents, and in which a ferromagnetic ball is placed, which is set in rotation by an external magnetic field. <??>This apparatus is characterised in that its bucket (1) has on its lower part an annular rolling path (4) for said ball (5), and in that it comprises a detection device (17) which emits an electric signal every time that this ball (5) passes in front of it and which is associated with a measuring unit (23) which determines the variations in the time interval between two consecutive passages of said ball (5). <??>Application in measurement of the coagulation time of blood plasma. <IMAGE>
