Abstract

The method proposed according to the present invention for the preparation of mixtures, especially a concrete mix, consists of the continuous movement of the intended mixture to be prepared inside a vessel 1 with a closed passage cross-section, which container is provided with an inlet pipe section 2 and an outlet pipe section 3. Whilst it is being moved inside the vessel the mixture is subjected to the effect of oscillations generated by means of an oscillation source 16 in the arrangement proposed according to the present invention. The vessel 1 is provided with a closing regulator 23, which is arranged in front of the outlet pipe section 3, so that it can adjust the passage cross-sectional area and together with the mixture, which is being prepared, form a hermetic zone in the vessel 1. Whilst in motion the mixture is heated up to a temperature of at least 100 degrees C, the heating being performed by an electrical current. For this purpose an electrode 4 is used, which is arranged inside the vessel 1. During heating of the mixture steam is formed, which penetrates the entire mass (thickness) of the mixture and ensures rapid and uniform heating of all constituents of the mixture. <IMAGE>
