Claims (8)

1. Förfarande för framställning av laminat, enligt vilket en fenolskumbildande blandning dispenseras mellan 5 en i rörelse stadd Övre täckskiva (4) och en i rörelse stadd nedre täckskiva (2), varvid skivorna rör sig med samma hastighet, blandningen tilläts partiellt skumma och härda mellan täckskivorna sä, att blandningen höjer sig till sin slutliga tjocklek i en transportörpress (10) för 10 slutförande av skumningen, härdningen och stelnandet av blandningen, varigenom bildas ett laminat med skummet in-neslutet mellan täckskivorna, kännetecknat där-av, att före blandningen höjt sig tili 80 % av sin slutliga tjocklek anbringas ett tryck pä skumblandningen genom 15 Övre täckskivan (4) medelst en del (8), vilken är till-räckligt flexibel för att tilläta fortsatt stigning i skummet, varvid trycket är tillräckligt för att väsentli-gen reducera uppkomsten av häligheter och kratrar omedel-bart under den Övre täckskivan. 20
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne tecknat därav, att stycket anbringas innan skummet stigit 75 % av sin slutliga höjd.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att det anbringade trycket är mindre 25 än 0,15 bar.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patent-kraven, kännetecknat därav, att trycket anbringas för en tid av under 2 minuter.

Produktionsutrustning för framställning av lami-nerat fenolskum, vilken utrustning, omfattar (a) medel (3) för dispensering av en skumbildande blandning mellan en i rörelse stadd nedre täckskiva (2) 10 och en i rörelse stadd Övre täckskiva (4), (b) medel för körande av de i rörelse stadda ski-vorna med samma hastighet och (c) medel för anbringande av tryck pä den övre täckskivan (4) och därigenom pä den skumbildande blandnin- 15 gen, varvid nämnda medel omfattar en flexibel del (8), vilken förmär (i) tilläta fortlöpande stigning i den skumbildande blandningen och (ii) samtidigt utjämnar eventuell öjämn stigning i denna, kännetecknad därav, att utrustningen ytterli- 20 gare omfattar (d) en transportörpress (10) för anbringande av ytterligare tryck och värme pä täckskivorna (2 och 4) och därigenom pä den skumbildande blandningen.
