Claims (10)

1. Smörjfettskomposition omfattande en basvätska, ett förtjockningsmedel och ett alkylsaiicylat av en alka- 5 lisk jordartsmetall, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller kalciumalkylsalicylat i en mängd av 0,1 -10 vikt-% och magnesiumalkylsalicylat i en mängd av 0,05 - 5 vikt-%, beräknat pä kompositionens totalmängd.
2. Smörjfettskomposition enligt patentkravet 1, 10 kännetecknad därav, att förtjockningsmedlet ut-görs av en tväl av en alkalimetall eller alkalisk jordartsmetall av en 9 - 30 kolatomer innehällande fettsyra.
3. Smörjfettskomposition enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknad därav, att säsom fettsyra används 15 hydrogenerad ricinoljefettsyra.
4. Smörjfettskomposition enligt patentkravet 2 eller 3, kännetecknad därav, att metallen utgörs av litium och/eller kalcium.
5. Smörjfettskomposition enligt nägot av patentkra- 20 ven 1-4, kännetecknad därav, att kalciumalkyl- salicylatet har en basicitetsindex av 1 - 15 och mag-nesiumalkylsalicylatet har en basicitetsindex av 1 - 15.
6. Smörjfettskomposition enligt nägot av patentkra-ven 1-5, kännetecknad därav, att alkyldelen i 25 metallalkylsalicylaterna innehäller 5-50 kolatomer.
7. Smörjfettskomposition enligt nägot av patentkra-ven 1-6, kännetecknad därav, att mängden av kalciumalkylsalicylat är 0,5 - 5 vikt-% och mängden av magnesiumalkylsalicylat är 0,1 - 3 vikt-%, beräknat pä 30 kompositionens totalmängd.
8. Förfarande för framställning av en smörjfetts komposition, kännetecknat därav, att man blan-dar 0,1 - 10 vikt-% kalciumalkylsalicylat och 0,05 - 5 vikt-% magnesiumalkylsalicylat med en blandning innehäl- 35 lande en fettsyratväl och en basvätska. Il 11 82068
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att blandningen innehällande en fett-syratväl och en basvätska framställts genom i) införande av fettsyran eller -syrorna i basvätskan och 5 neutralisering av den erhällna blandningen med föreningar av en alkalimetall och/eller en alkalisk jordartsmetall, ii) framställning av fettsyratvälen skilt för sig och införande av densamma i basvätskan; eller iii) förtv&lning av den ester, av vilken fettsyran skall 10 erhällas, i närvaro av föreningar av en alkalimetall eller en alkalisk jordartsmetall och basvätska vid förhöjd tem-peratur, dehydrering av den erhällna blandningen, införande av ytterligare basvätska i den dehydrerade blandningen och kylning av det erhällna smörjfettet.
