Claims (10)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en fiberbana i ett pap-persframställningsförfarande, vars ändamäl är en förbättring av retentionen, och vilket omfattar stegen, i vilka 1°) framställs en vattenhaltig suspension av fibrer, 2°) framställs en vattenhaltig suspension av mineralfyllme-del och organiskt bindemedel, i vilken fyllmedels/bindemedelsblandningen preflockuleras med hjälp av en katjonisk flockulant, 3°) den preflockulerade vattenhaltiga suspensionen av fyll-medels/bindemedelsblandningen införs i inloppsrören av pap-persmaskinen, 4°) en katjonisk flockulant införs i den i steget 3°) erhäll-na vattensuspension av fiber/fyllmedels/bindemedelsblandning-en uppströms frän inloppslädan, och 5°) den erhällna vattenhaltiga suspensionen införs i inlopps-lädan och pä pappersmaskinen bildas en bana, vilken pressas och torkas, kännetecknat därav, att vattensuspensionen fran steget 3°) tillförs vattensuspensionen uppströms frän in-loppslädan sä att (i) medeldiametern av flockarna av fyllmedels/bindemedelsblandningen, som införs i den nämnda fibersuspensionen, är mellan 0,01-0,3 mm och (ii) kontakt-tiden mellan nämnda fyllmedels/bindemedelsblandning och fib-rerna i den erhiillna suspensionen är mellan 10 och 60 sekun-der; och i steget 4°) är kontakttiden mellan nämnda flockulant och nämnda fiber/fyllmedels/bindemedelsblandning korta-re än 45 sekunder.
2. Förarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att mineralfyllmedlet innehäller ett opacitetsmedel.
3. Förarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att mineralfyllmedlet innehäller ett opacitetsmedel som valts bland pigment vilka bildas av en blandning som 2? 81157 innehäller 10-70 vikt-% Ti02 och 90-30 vikt-% av lamellärt silikat, och vilket erhällits genom att mala Ti02 tillsam-mans med lamellärt silikat sä ett man erhäller fragmenterade partiklar av Ti02 adsorberade pä aktivytorna av de fragmenterade partiklarna av det lamellära silikatet.

6. Förarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att medeldiametern av flockarna i fyllmedels/bindemedelsblandningen som tillsätts i steget 3°) är 0,03 - 0,15 mm.
7. Förarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att kontakttiden mellan den i steget 3°) tillförda preflockulerade fyllmedels/bindemedelsblandningen och fibrerna är 10 - 45 sekunder.
8. Förarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att kontakttiden mellan den i steget 4°) tillförda katjoniska flockulanten och fiber/bindemeldels/ fyllmedelsblandningen är 8 - 30 sekunder,
9. Förarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att fibrernas jonbehov är mindre än eller lika med 20 milliekvivalenter per gram fasta ämnen.
10. Fiberbana framställd med ett förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-9.
