Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för framställning av värme- och korrosionsbeständiga material genom överdragande av mate- 5 rialet med en legering av typen MCrAlY, väri M är Fe, Ni, Co eller NiCo, kännetecknat därav, att över-draget bildas genom plasmasprutning av ett pulver av lege-ringsmetallerna i närvaro av en styrd tillförsel av syre och att det plasmasprutade pulvret omfattar ett överskott 10 pä AI och/eller Cr och/eller Y i jämförelse med den slut-liga legeringskompositionen, varvid en viss mängd av pulvret oxideras sä, att det resulterande överdraget har dubbelfasstruktur, vilken bestär av en metallfas av kompo-sitionen MCrAlY och oxidskikt, vilka ligger mer eller 15 mindre parallellt med materialytan och förhindrar diffusion av metaller eller värme i skiktens tjockleksriktning.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att syret tillförs som en gas och/ eller ett oxidpulver. 20
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att det plasmasprutade pulvret omfattar ätminstone 2 % mera AI än legeringen som bildar metallfasen i det bildade överdraget.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, k ä n n e -25 tecknat därav, att det plasmasprutade pulvret omfattar 7 % Ai.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att det bildade överdraget förses med ett keramiskt överdrag, t.ex. av Zr02- 30
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknat därav, att det plasmasprutade materialet eventuellt försett med ett keramiskt överdrag, varmpressas isostatiskt i inkapslat tillständ, vilket förbättrar adhesionen och diffusionstätheten hos över-35 dragen.
