The invention relates to a combined water trap for a washbasin and a washing machine, the upper end of which can be connected to the bottom opening of the washbasin and which has a side connection for connection to a drain pipe. opens into the lower part of the outer casing, in addition to which the vcsiluk size is connected to the washing machine connection.

In known water traps of said type, the connection of the washing machine is connected to the upper end of the same inner tube, which is connected to the bottom opening of the sink. This results in the fundamental drawback that the washing machine effluent usually rises into the sink, leaving it dirty and foamy.

The object of the invention is to provide an improved water trap in which said problem does not occur.

This object is achieved by the water supply according to the invention on the basis of the features set out in the appended claim.

In the following, an embodiment of the invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 shows a water trap according to the invention seen from the side and in partial vertical section.

Figure 2 shows a section taken along the line II-II in Figure 1.

The upper end 1 of the water trap can be connected to the bottom opening of the sink by means of connecting members (not shown). From the upper end 1 there is a downwardly extending inner tube 2, which opens into the lower part of the outer jacket 3, which is formed as a detachable precipitate cup with threads 4. The upper part of the outer jacket 3 has a connection 5 which opens into the annular space between the outer jacket 3 and the inner pipe 2 and can be connected to a drain pipe. The upper part of the outer jacket 3 is also connected to the connection 6 of the washing machine, which opens into the annular space between the outer jacket 3 and the inner tube 2. In order not to form a direct connection between the connecting joints 6 and 5, but to form a water trap, the annular space between the outer jacket 3 and the inner tube 2 is divided by partitions 7, the flow between the joints 6 and 5 occurring below the lower edges 8 of the partitions 7. 5 below the water level determined by the bottom. However, the lower edges 8 of the partitions 7 are slightly higher than the lower edge of the inner pipe 2, whereby the flow from the spout 6 of the washing machine never reaches the basin through the pipe 2

Claims (1)

A combined water trap for a sink and a washing machine, consisting of an outer jacket (3) having a cup-shaped, closed lower part, an inner tube (2), the upper end of which opens into the bottom opening of the sink and the lower end of the outer jacket of the outer jacket (3). tightly connected around the upper end of the inner tube (2), and a connection (5) for connection to a drain pipe, which connection connects to the upper part of the outer jacket (3) and opens into the annular space between the outer jacket and the inner tube, the water lock is connected to a washing machine connection (6) the connection (6) of the washing machine joins the upper part of the outer jacket (3) and opens into the annular space between the outer jacket and the inner tube, which in the upper part of the outer jacket (3) is divided by two partitions (7), one directly connected to the drain connection (5) and the other in connection with the connection socket (6) of the washing machine, whereby the flow between said connection sockets (6, 5) takes place through the partitions.
