Claims (7)
1. Förfarande för regiering av en elektrisk utfällningsprocess för metall under användning av en elektrolyt, som innehäller oren- hetshalter och/eller minst ett ämne som inverkar pä polarisering- en, kännetecknat av att det omfattar steg, i vilka bildas en elektrolytisk provströmningskrets, som omfattar en prov- cell, ett elektrolytprov, en rörlig katod, vars yta reagerar pä nämnda elektrolyt, en anod och en jämförelseelektrod, vilka elektroder är nedsänkta i nämnda prov, en konstantströmkälla och ett mätinstrument, som är elektriskt anslutet tili nämnda elekt-. 2 roder; en lag Ström (0,01-4,0 mA/cm , företrädesvis 0,01-0,4 2 mA/cm ) körs i elektroderna i nämnda provcell, vilken ström är tillräcklig för att framkalla nämnda metalls begynnande utfällning pä nämnda katod; aktiveringsöverspänningen vid punkten för nämnda metalls begynnande utfällning mäts; den uppmätta aktiveringsöver-spänningen avpassas tili halten av orenheter eller nämnda ätmins-tone ett pä polariseringen inverkande ämne eller tili för-hällandet mellan orenheterna och nämnda ätminstone ett pa polariseringen inverkande ämne i nämnda prov; och halten av orenheter eller nämnda atminstone ett pä polariseringen inverkande ämne eller nämnda haltförhällande regleras i elektrolyten för att ästadkomma ett optimalt nyttoförhällande och jämna metallutfäll-ningar i den elektriska utfällningsprocessen, där den begynnande utfällningen definieras som utfällning av metallen, som just har vidtagit och som begränsas tili att den rörliga katodens yta del-vis täcks med den utfällda metallen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att halten av pä polariseringen inverkande ämnen regleras anting-en genom att öka mängden av förefintligt ämne eller genom att tillsätta ett annat pä polariseringen inverkande ämne, som har motsatta pä polariseringen inverkande egenskaper i förhällande tili det redan förefintliga pä polariseringen inverkande ämnet.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att haltförhällandet regleras genom att ändra halten av orenheter i elektrolyten.
