The invention relates to a compact, waterproof swimming bag which makes it possible to store valuables even while swimming, thus reducing the risk of theft and damage.

The so-called beach bags, "waterproof", are usually bulky not intended for swimming, or do not provide sufficient protection for, for example, existing quartz crystal clocks.

The object of the invention is to provide a waterproof swimming bag with which the most important usable and valuables to be carried can be effectively protected against moisture, dust and theft. Particular attention has been paid to the suitability of the bag for storing quartz watches to prevent the penetration of fine sand dust through the knobs, the formation of very high surface temperatures in direct sunlight, or contact with hot sand (60 ° already critical). To achieve this object, the invention relates to a waterproof swimming bag comprising an outer housing part made of plastic as a substantially shape-retaining container, one narrow side of which can be tightly closed by a lid, and an inner cassette part which can be pushed inside the housing part.

Such a swimming bag is known from DE patent publication 472 627. In it, the lid can be locked tightly in place by means of a hand screw. Positioning the sealing point between the end edge of the mouth opening of the housing part and the lower surface of the lid requires a clamping force between the parts, e.g. by means of a screw, in order to achieve sealing. This means that handling the bag is cumbersome and slow. In addition, the disadvantage is that all the goods to be stored must be placed mixed up in the cassette part.

Since the sealing member corresponds to the inner shape of the housing part, sealing is achieved without the compressive force provided by a separate tightening member such as a screw, simply by ensuring that the cassette part remains inside the housing part. Figure 1 shows the bag directly in front and the shape of the bottom. The body of the bag, i.e. the housing part 1, and the lid 3 are made of heat-resistant extruded plastic. The fastening of the cover 3 is arranged by a printing groove on the inside. At both ends of the cover there is an opening projection 3a. On the long side of the lid there is a plastic loop 5 through which a synthetic braided cord 4 for carrying the bag passes, preventing the lid from losing contact with the bag. The sides of the body, i.e. the housing part 1, have pressed inlets 6 with holes for the carrier cords 4. The same inlet 6 forms a shoulder on the inner surface of the housing part 1, which guides and locks the inner plastic cassette 2 in place by means of small protrusions 7 on its side. This ensures that the cassette is attached to the housing part even in the event that the bag cover 3 is accidentally opened.

The carrier cord 4 can be tied at the waist, neck or shoulder.

Fig. 2 shows a cassette 2 inside the bag, which is dimensioned and divided into compartments so that the compartment 10 is intended e.g. cigarette case, tray 9 for banknotes, keys, etc. and tray 11 for glasses and a wristwatch.

The upper end of the cassette has a floppy disk provided with a downwardly directed shoulder 12 which corresponds to the inner shape of the housing part 1, forming a second watertight zone. The top surface of the diskette has a pull loop 13.
