Esillä oleva keksintö kohdistuu suulakepuristimeen, jolla käsitellään lämpötilaan hyvin herkästi reagoivia muoveja, kuten esim. verkkoutuvaa polyeteeniä tai solupolyeteeniä kemiallisella paisutusaineella ja jossa on jäähdytys- ja kuu-mennuslaitteella varustettu puristinsylinteri, jossa on paineenkestävä seinäkerros sekä sisäpuolinen kulutuskerros.
Eräs tämäntapainen suulakepuristin on rakennettu niin, että puristinsylinterin materiaali ja mahdollisesti sen sisään järjestetty syöttöputki omaa pienemmän lämmönjohtavuuden kuin puristinsylinteriä ulkoa ympäröivän vaipan materiaali, joka vaippa on varustettu kuumennus- ja jäähdytyslaitteilla (DE-OS 23 59 901).
Muoveja käytetään entistä enemmän kaapelien ja johtojen eristykseen. Tällöin myös suulakepuristimien käyttö käy jatkuvasti yhä tärkeämmäksi. Markkinoilla olevissa suulakepu- 61145 ristimissä tunnetaan rakenteita, joissa puristinsylinterin lämpötila on säädettävissä, jolloin lämpötilan muutoksiin hyvin herkästi reagoivien muovien laatua voidaan osaksi optimoida. Tätä tarkoitusta varten puristinsylinterin alueella sovitetaan kuumennus- ja jäähdytyslaitteita (DE-hakemusjulkaisu 24 17 067).
Edelleen tunnetaan suulakepuristin, jonka sylinteriin on paremman lämmönjohtavuuden aikaansaamiseksi pituussuuntaisiin porauksiin sovitettu hyvän lämmönjohtavuuden omaavaa ainetta olevia sauvoja (DE-OS 17 29 384) . Tällä pyritään estämään se, että sylinterin jossakin alueessa syntyvä lämpöenergia olisi johdettava ulos.
Keksinnön tarkoituksena on parantaa hyvin lämpötilaherkillä muoviaineilla saavutettavissa olevaa laatua sen kautta, että puristettavan aineen ulkosivulla puristinsylinterin johdosta vallitseva lämpötila on säädettävissä vielä tarkemmin kuin tunnetuilla laitteilla. Tämän päämäärän saavuttamiseksi on keksinnölle tunnusomaista se, mikä on esitetty oheisessa patenttivaatimuksessa 1.
Näillä toimenpiteillä vältytään myös suulakepuristimien pelätyiltä "kuumilta pesäkkeiltä" eli kohdilta, joiden lämpötila on kohonnut hyvin korkealle. Lisäksi suulakepuristimessa, jossa on tällainen tasoittava kerros, ei enää ole kovinkaan ongelmallista, miten kuumennus- ja jäähdytyslaitteet on sovitettava suulakepuristimen ulkopinnalle.
Puristinsylinterin toiminta-alueiden tällaisen jaon ansiosta voidaan keksinnön rakenteellisessa toteutuksessa myös lämpötila-anturi sijoittaa puristinsylinteriin erityisen tarkoituksenmukaisesti. Tämä saadaan aikaan siten, että esim. läm-pöparien kärkien annetaan tarttua hyvän lämmönjohtavuuden omaavaan aineeseen. Tämän ansiosta liian voimakkaita lämpötilan vaihteluja ei varmasti pääse esiintymään, koska lämpöä hyvin johtava kerros jakaa lämmön tasaisesti sen ympäröimän muovin suunnassa.
Claims (2)
1. Suulakepuristin, jolla käsitellään lämpötilaan hyvin herkästi reagoivia muoveja, kuten esim. verkkoutuvaa polyetee-niä tai solupolyeteeniä kemiallisella paisutusaineella ja jossa on jäähdytys- ja kuumennuslaitteella (26, 25) varustettu puristinsylinteri (20), jossa on paineenkestävä seinä-kerros (21) sekä sisäpuolinen kulutuskerros (23)»tunnettu siitä, että paineenkestävän seinäkerroksen (21) ja sisäpuolisen kulutuskerroksen (23) väliin on järjestetty homogeeninen kerros (22), jolla on muihin kerroksiin verrattuna suurempi lämmönjohtavuus.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen suulakepuristin, tunnettu siitä, että suuremman lämmönjohtavuuden omaavaan kerrokseen (22) työntyy ainakin yksi lämpöpari-kärki (9).
