The present invention relates to a movable dispensing container for liquids, powders or the like, having lifting and support rims mounted at opposite ends, the end surfaces of which are located outside the contours of the container.

Glass bottles and metal cans are used in the distribution of the various distribution products in the tank, as well as an increasing number of manually movable metal containers that can hold larger quantities of products than individual cans. To facilitate transport, the tanks are equipped with a lifting and support rim attached to the tank. In the distribution of containers, such rims are easily damaged and even the slightest deformation of the rims makes it difficult to move the containers, stack them on top of each other and keep them in place. A further disadvantage is the different fixed guides and projections of the containers of different manufacturers, which make it difficult to stack the containers.

For example, in beer distribution, the product is under pressure, so a metal container is used as the distribution container. The support rims are made of the same material, in which case the disadvantage of such a tank is, in addition to the above-mentioned disadvantages, the noise generated by the transfer of the tanks and the heat conduction from the rims to the contents of the tank. Furthermore, in the washing and sterilization step of empty containers, it is more difficult to move them by hand due to the high surface temperatures, which are in the order of 40 to 140 ° C.

The object of the present invention is to avoid the above-mentioned drawbacks. The container according to the invention is characterized in that the lifting and support rims are made of a flexible plastic material, rubber or the like, whereby their detachable fastening takes place by means of a form-locking support.

Flexible rims protect the tanks and are not sensitive to knocks and do not knock other tanks.

Preferably, a ridge is formed in the end surface of the lifting strap and a recess is correspondingly filtered in the end surface of the support strap to facilitate retention in the stack of containers.

The invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

Figure 1 shows a cross-section of an open container 1 of the invention. The container shown in the figure consists of a cylinder »with a circular cross-section. The height of the tank is less than the diameter of the tank. The ends of the tank consist of conventional rounded end pieces. The upper end of the tank 1 has a filling opening 2. The tank shown in Figure 1 is intended for dispensing beer.

The edges of the end faces of the cylindrical container 1 are rounded so that at both ends of the container an annular groove 3 is formed in the upper and lower parts of the cylindrical wall. The inner surface of the rim 1 is provided with a ridge 15 »which rotates the rim and which fits into a groove 3 in the wall of the container. The rim wall in the vicinity of the ridge is further rounded so as to press against the rounded end edges of the container.

The pads A and 5 are firmly locked to the container 1 by a tensioning strap 6. A strap A mounted on the top of the container forms a lifting strap A of the container, which is provided with suitable openings to facilitate adhesion. The rim 5 placed in the lower part forms a support rim for the container, with which the container 1 can be firmly placed on the base or stacked on top of another container.

In order to facilitate stacking of the containers, the end surface of the support rim 5 is provided with recesses IA, which fit the corresponding ridge 13 in the lifting rack A of the container below. The ridge 13 and the recess IA can easily be stacked on top of each other and provide a cohesive stack.

The rims A and 5 are preferably made of at least some flexible material, such as plastic, reinforced plastic, synthetic rubber, or a mixture thereof, or rubber. The flexible rim makes it easier to transport the tank and does not cause other tanks to knock, while the rims on the tank do not change shape. The flexible rim is also easy to install. In the case of smaller lighter tanks, the rims A and 5 can only be fitted with a form lock and it is not necessary to use clamping members.

Fig. 2 shows a half of the container shown in Fig. 1, in which the recesses 3 in the upper and lower part of the container are shown. Figure 3 shows another form of fastening members, i.e. a ridge 10 rotating the top and bottom of the container. In this case, the lifting and fastening straps A and S are naturally provided with a corresponding recess suitable for the ridge 10.

Thus, some ways of attaching the rims have been presented above. It is natural that other methods known per se can be used. Thus, for example, the clamping brackets 6 can be replaced by clamping hooks or hooks. The main thing according to the invention is that the rims A and S are easy to attach and detach, so that the damaged rim can be replaced with a new one and the container 1 is thus ready for use again.

The containers according to the invention can be used for all kinds of distribution containers for the distribution of liquids, such as beer, soft drinks, milk, as well as for the transport of powdered products. The shape and attachment of the rims are chosen according to the intended use and the tighter the members, the heavier the tank is intended for use. For lighter use, the rims are attached with a form lock, ie the rims are snapped onto the tank, while for heavier use, screw tightening is used.

A movable dispensing container (1) for liquids, powders or the like, having lifting and support straps (U, 5) mounted at opposite ends, the end faces of which are located outside the contours of the container, characterized in that the lifting and support means (U, 5) are made of a flexible plastic material, rubber or the like, in which case they are removably attached by means of a form lock. Dispensing container according to Claim 1, characterized in that a ridge (13) is formed on the end surface of the lifting strap (U) and a support (1H) is correspondingly formed on the end surface of the strap (3) to facilitate retention in the stack of containers.
