Claims (15)
1. Laitteisto, joka käsittää voimakoneen ja joukon hydraulitoimilaitteita (6), hydraulikoneen (32), jossa on pyörimisakseli (42) käyttökytkennässä voimako- neeseen ja joka käsittää joukon työkammioita (84), joi- den tilavuus (36) vaihtelee syklisesti pyörimisakselin pyöriessä, hydraulipiirin, joka ulottuu hydraulikoneen yhden tai useamman työkammion ryhmän ja yhden tai use- amman hydraulitoimilaitteen välissä, jolloin hydraulikoneen jokainen työkammio kä- sittää matalapaineventtiilin (52), joka säätelee hyd- raulifluidin virtausta työkammion ja matalapainekokoo- jan (54) välillä, ja korkeapaineventtiilin (64), joka säätelee hydraulifluidin virtausta työkammion ja kor- keapainekokoojan (58) välillä, jolloin hydraulikone on konfiguroitu ohjaamaan aktiivisesti ainakin matalapaineventtiilejä yhden tai useamman työkammion ryhmässä, jotta voidaan valita hyd- raulifluidin nettosiirto kullakin työkammiolla jokai- sessa työkammion tilavuuden syklissä ja siten myös hyd- raulifluidin nettosiirto yhden tai useamman työkammion ryhmällä vasteena tarvesignaaliin (94, 380), jolloin laitteisto käsittää ohjaimen (14), joka on konfiguroitu laskemaan tarvesignaali vasteena hydraulipiirin tai yh- den tai useamman toimilaitteen mitattuun ominaisuuteen, jolloin tarvesignaali kvantisoidaan (382), jolloin sillä on yksi joukosta diskreettejä arvoja.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen laitteisto, jossa tarvesignaali (94, 380) vastaanotetaan ja kvanti- soidaan (382) valinnaisesti valitsemalla joukosta diskreettejä arvoja se diskreetti arvo, joka on lähim- pänä vastaanotettua tarvetta.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen laitteisto, jossa tarvesignaali (94, 380) vastaanotetaan ja kvanti- soidaan (382), jolloin mainittu tarvesignaali ilmaisee murto-osan hydraulifluidin maksimisiirrosta yhden tai useamman työkammion ryhmällä siirrettäväksi pyörimisak- selin kierrosta kohden, valinnaisesti jolloin tarvesig- naalin hyväksyttävien arvojen alue valitaan käsittämään äärellinen määrä kokonaisluvun murto-osia hyd- raulifluidin maksimisiirrosta yhden tai useamman työ- kammion ryhmällä siirrettäväksi pyörimisakselin kier- rosta kohden.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai patenttivaatimuk- sen 2 mukainen laitteisto, jolloin joukko diskreettejä arvoja vaihtelee pyörimisakselin (42) pyörimisnopeuden mukaan.
5. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukai- nen laitteisto, jolloin diskreettejä arvoja on vähemmän kuin 1000.
6. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukai- nen laitteisto, jolloin diskreettien arvojen osuus on alle 10 % niistä digitaalisista arvoista, jotka tarve- signaalilla (94, 380) voisi olla bittipituutensa perus- teella.
7. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukai- nen laitteisto, jossa ohjain on konfiguroitu määrittä- mään pienin sallittu taajuus ja sitten luomaan kvanti- soitu luettelo joukosta tarpeen diskreettejä arvoja, jolloin mainitut arvot on valittu aiheuttamaan yksi tai useampi sylinterin aktivointikuvio, jolloin mainituilla kuvioilla on vain pienimmän sallitun taajuuden ylittävää taajuussisältöä.
8. Menetelmä laitteiston käyttämiseksi, joka laitteisto käsittää voimakoneen ja joukon hydraulitoi- milaitteita (6), hydraulikoneen (32), jossa on pyöri- misakseli (42) käyttökytkennässä voimakoneen kanssa ja joka käsittää joukon työkammioita (84), joiden tilavuus (36) vaihtelee syklisesti pyörimisakselin pyöriessä, hydraulipiirin, joka ulottuu hydraulikoneen yhden tai useamman työkammion ryhmän ja yhden tai useamman hyd- raulitoimilaitteen välissä,
jolloin hydraulikoneen jokainen työkammio kä- sittää matalapaineventtiilin (52), joka säätelee hyd- raulifluidin virtausta työkammion ja matalapainekokoo- jan (54) välillä, ja korkeapaineventtiilin (64), joka säätelee hydraulifluidin virtausta työkammion ja kor- keapainekokoojan (58) välillä, jolloin hydraulikone on konfiguroitu ohjaamaan aktiivisesti ainakin matalapaineventtiilejä yhden tai useamman työkammion ryhmässä, jotta voidaan valita hyd- raulifluidin nettosiirto kullakin työkammiolla jokai- sessa työkammion tilavuuden syklissä ja siten myös hyd- raulifluidin nettosiirto yhden tai useamman työkammion ryhmällä vasteena tarvesignaaliin (94, 380), joka menetelmä sisältää vaiheen, jossa laske- taan tarvesignaali vasteena hydraulipiirin tai yhden tai useamman toimilaitteen mitattuun ominaisuuteen, jolloin menetelmä käsittää kvantisointivaiheen, joka kvanti- sointivaihe käsittää sellaisen kvantisoidun tarvesig- naalin laskemisen, jolla on yksi tai joukko diskreettejä arvoja.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin menetelmä käsittää tarvesignaalin (94, 380) vas- taanottamisen ja tarvesignaalin kvantisoinnin, valin- naisesti jolloin tarvesignaalin kvantisointi käsittää sen diskreetin arvon valitsemisen joukosta diskreettejä arvoja, joka on lähimpänä vastaanotettua tarvetta.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 tai 9 mukainen mene- telmä, jolloin menetelmä käsittää algoritmin suoritta- misen sen määrittämiseksi, tuleeko yksittäisissä työ- kammioissa (84) esiintymään aktiivisia syklejä (88) vai ei-aktiivisia syklejä.
11. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 8-10 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin menetelmä käsittää tarvesignaalin (94, 380) vastaanottamisen ja vastaavan arvojen sarjan — määrittämisen, jolloin mainittu arvojen sarja vastaa työkammion tilavuuden (36) aktiivisten (88) ja/tai ei-
aktiivisten syklien kuviota näin ollen vastaamaan tar- vesignaalia.
12. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen menetelmä, jossa työkammion tilavuuden (36) aktiivisten (88) ja/tai ei-aktiivisten syklien kuviolla on äärellinen jakso, jolloin äärellinen jakso voi vaihdella hyväksyttävien arvojen alueella maksimijakson ollessa enintään 0,1 s, jolloin hyväksyttävien arvojen alue valitaan hyväksyt- tävän taajuussisällön mukaan, ja jolloin maksimijaksosta valitaan hyväksyt- tävä äärellinen siirtotarpeiden alue (316) sylinterien (34) lukumäärästä ja voimakoneen toiminta-alueesta riippuen, jolloin hyväksyttävä siirtotarpeiden alue va- litaan käsittämään äärellinen määrä siirtotarpeen koko- naisluvun murto-osia, jolloin siirtotarpeen kokonaisluvun murto- osien äärellisen määrän nimittäjät valitaan pyörimisak- selin (42) pyörimisnopeuden mukaan, valinnaisesti jolloin nimittäjät valitaan si- ten, että jakso on pienempi kuin maksimijakso.
13. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 tai 12 mukainen me- netelmä, jossa arvojen sarja käsittää toistuvan sek- venssin.
14. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 8-13 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin menetelmä käsittää pienimmän salli- tun taajuuden valitsemisen ja sitten kvantisoidun luet- telon luomisen joukosta tarpeen diskreettejä arvoja, jotka arvot on valittu aiheuttamaan yksi tai useampi sylinterin aktivointikuvio, jolloin mainituilla kuvi- oilla on vain pienimmän sallitun taajuuden ylittävää taajuussisältöä.
15. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 8-13 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin menetelmä käsittää pienimmän salli- tun taajuuden valitsemisen ja sitten kvantisoidun luet- telon luomisen joukosta tarpeen diskreettejä arvoja,
tai patenttivaatimuksen 14 mukainen menetelmä, jolloin tarpeen arvojen kvantisoitu luettelo riippuu koneen (32) sylinterien (34) lukumäärästä ja/tai koneen pyörimisakselien (42) toiminnallisesta pyörimisnopeu- 5 desta.
