Abstract

Keksintö koskee leijumassankuivainta poikkisuuntaisilla puhalluslaatikoilla. Puhalluslaatikot (13) on järjestetty päällekkäisiksi kuivauskerroksiksi (11), joiden välissä on kulkutie (15) massarainalle (14). Massaraina (14) on järjestetty kulkemaan vaakasuorassa siksak-tavalla kuivauskerrosten (11) kautta. Osa puhalluslaatikoista (13) on sijoitettu kulkutien (15) yläpuolelle ja loput puhalluslaatikoista (13) on sijoitettu kulkutien (15) alapuolelle. Kahden kulkutien (15) välissä on kahdenlaisia puhalluslaatikoita (13) järjestettynä rinnakkain. Puhalluslaatikot (13) ovat nimittäin yhdistelmälaatikoita (22), joissa on sekä yläsuuttimet (23) että alasuuttimet (24), ja alalaatikoita (25), joissa on vain yläsuuttimet (26) ja ovat matalampia kuin kuivauskerros (11). Lisäksi puhalluslaatikot (13) ovat kiinteitä
