Abstract
Esillä oleva keksintö koskee menetelmää, missä ruostumattoman teräs- ja ferrokromituotannon metalli- ja metallioksidipitoisten sivuvirtojen sisältävät kuonat ja jäännökset käsitellään pyrometallurgisesti. Keksitty käsittelymenetelmä on sulatusprosessi kaikille sivuvirroille ja jäännöksille mainituilta teollisuudenaloilta. Virrat käsitellään pääasiassa sulana energian säästämiseksi.
