Abstract

Menetelmä lattiaelementin valmistamiseksi ja lattiaelementti. Kantava lattiaelementti (1) käsittää laattaosan (2) ja kylpyhuoneosan (3). Kylpyhuoneosalla on lattiakaivo (4) ja sitä kohti olevat viistot lattiapinnat (5). Lattiaelementti on tehtaalla (15) esivalmistettu rakennuskomponentti, joka valettu kahdessa toisiinsa nähden erillisessä valuvaiheessa. Ensimmäinen valu (13) tehdään tehtaan valulinjalla (16) ja sen jälkeen kylpyhuoneosalla on syvennys (8). Syvennykseen valetaan erillisessä vaiheessa ja mahdollisesti eri valupaikassa toinen valu (14), jonka avulla muodostetaan kaltevat lattiapinnat.
