Abstract

Erään näkökohdan mukaan esitetään menetelmä ja laite aluksen ja sen ympäristön mallintamiseksi reaaliaikaisesti. Menetelmä käsittää hankitaan (102) staattista tietoa (200), joka käsittää aluksen kolmiulotteista mallitietoa, karttatietoa liittyen aluksen sijaintiin ja tietoa liittyen aluksen ympäristöön; hankitaan (104) ei-havaittua dynaamista tietoa (202) liittyen aluksen ympäristöön; hankitaan (106) dynaamista anturitietoa (204), joka käsittää tietoa aluksen ainakin yhdeltä aluksessa olevalta anturilta ja/tai tietoa ainakin yhdeltä ulkoiselta entiteetiltä, joka tuottaa dynaamista anturitietoa alukselle; ja yhdistetään (108) perustuen staattiseen tietoon (200), ei-havaittuun dynaamiseen tietoon (202) ja dynaamiseen anturitietoon (204) reaaliaikainen kolmiulotteinen navigointimalli (206), joka tuottaa aluksen ja sen ympäristön kolmiulotteisen näkymän.
