Abstract
The balancing arrangement for a piston engine comprises a rotatable balancing mass (1), a driving pulley (3), which can be arranged in force transmission connection with a crankshaft of the engine, a toothed belt (2) for transmitting the rotational movement of the driving pulley (3) to the balancing mass (1) and a belt tensioning device (6). The balancing mass (1) is provided with a toothed circumference that can be engaged with the toothed belt (2).
