Abstract

Esillä oleva keksintö saa aikaan kotelon (1) kuituoptiselle komponentille (30), esimerkiksi optiselle kuidulle, jossa lämpenemisestä aiheutuva kuituoptiseen komponenttiin (30) kohdistuva rasitus minimoidaan, jolloin kotelo (1) käsittää ensimmäisen tukielimen (10), jolla on ensimmäinen lämpölaajenemiskerroin (k1). Lisäksi kotelo (1) käsittää toisen tukielimen (20), joka on joustavasti kiinnitetty ensimmäiseen tukielimeen (10) ensimmäiseen tukielimeen (10) kohdistuvan lämpölaajenemisesta aiheutuvan rasituksen toiseen tukielimeen (20) siirtymisen minimoimiseksi. Toinen tukielin (20) käsittää kuituoptisen komponentin (30) vastaanottavan pituussuuntaisen uran (21), joka on avoin vähintään toisen tukielimen (20) toiselta puolelta, jolloin toisen tukielimen (20) tensiili lujuus on huomattavasti suurempi kuin kuituoptisen komponentin (30) tensiili lujuus. Toisen tukielimen (20) toinen lämpölaajenemiskerroin (k2) on olennaisesti pienempi kuin ensimmäinen lämpölaajenemiskerroin (k1), jolloin ensimmäinen tukielin (10) on sovitettu siirtämään vapaan tilan säteilyn aiheuttamaan lämpöä.
