Abstract
An electric machine system comprises an electric machine (101) that comprises a stator (102), a rotor (103) having a first shaft (104), and first magnetic bearings (106-108) for supporting the rotor. Furthermore, the electric machine system comprises a second shaft (109) connected to the first shaft, a second magnetic bearing (110, 111) for supporting the second shaft, and a connection part (112) between the first and second shafts and connecting the first shaft to the second shaft in a torque transferring way. Bending stiffness of the connection part is less than the bending stiffnesses of the first and second shafts. Due to the lower bending stiffness of the connection part, one or more bending mode natural frequencies of a rotating part comprising the first and second shafts and the connection part can be so low that passing the corresponding one or more rotation speeds is manageable by the magnetic bearings.
Claims (12)
1. —Sähkökonejärjestelmä, joka käsittää sähkökoneen (101), joka käsittää: - — staattorin (102), - roottorin (103), joka käsittää ensimmäisen akselin (104, 204, 304) ja sähkömagneettisesti aktiivisen osan (105), joka on konfiguroitu toimimaan sähkömagneettisesti vuorovaikutuksessa staattorin kanssa, ja - ensimmäiset magneettilaakerit (106-108, 206) jotka on konfiguroitu tukemaan roottoria pyörivästi staattorin suhteen, joka sähkökonejärjestelmä käsittää lisäksi: - toisen akselin (109, 209, 309), joka on liitetty ensimmäiseen akseliin niin, että ensimmäinen ja toinen akseli ovat peräkkäin ensimmäisen ja toisen akselin aksiaalisessa suunnassa (z), - ainakin yhden toisen magneettilaakerin (110, 111, 210), joka on konfiguroitu tukemaan toista akselia pyörivästi staattorin suhteen, ja - liitososan (112, 212, 312a-312f), joka on ensimmäisen ja toisen akselin välissä ja joka on konfiguroitu liittämään ensimmäinen akseli toiseen akseliin vääntömomenttia välittävästi, missä liitososan taivutusjäykkyys on pienempi kuin ensimmäisen akselin taivutusjäykkyys ja pienempi kuin toisen akselin taivutusjäykkyys, missä pyörivän osan, joka käsittää ainakin roottorin, liitososan, ja toisen akselin, yhden tai useamman joustavan taivutusmoodin yksi tai useampi luonnollinen taajuus on niin matala, että yhtä tai useampaa luonnollista taajuutta vastaavan yhden tai useamman — pyörintänopeuden — ohittaminen on ensimmäisen ja toisen magneettilaakerin hallittavissa, liitososan (112, 212, 312b-312€) ollessa tappiliitin, joka käsittää tapin (127, 327-330), joka on liitetty ensimmäisen ja toisen akselin (104, 109, 204, 209, 304, 309) päihin ja joka on ohuempi kuin ensimmäinen ja toinen akseli, tunnettu siitä, että tapin päät ovat liitetyt ensimmäisen ja toisen akselin päihin siten, että tapin päät koaksiaalisia ensimmäisen ja toisen akselin päiden kanssa tapin taipuessa.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen sähkökonejärjestelmä, jossa tappi (127, 327, 330) on muotoiltu omaamaan uuma tapin keskialueella.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen sähkökonejärjestelmä, jossa liitososa (312b) käsittää napalukitusholkkeja (340), jotka on konfiguroitu kiinnittämään tapin päät ensimmäisen ja toisen akselin päissä olevien keskiöreikien seinämiin.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen sähkökonejärjestelmä, jossa liitososa (312c) käsittää kartioholkkeja (341), jotka on konfiguroitu kiinnittämään tapin päät — ensimmäisen ja toisen akselin päissä olevien keskiöreikien seinämiin.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen sähkökonejärjestelmä, jossa tappi (329) käsittää kartio-osiot ja kierteillä varustetut päät, ja jossa ensimmäisen ja toisen akselin (304, 309) päissä olevilla keskiöref'illä on kierteillä varustetut pohjaosiot tappien kierteillä varustettuja päitä varten ja kartio-osiot, jotka kiristyvät tapin kartio- — osioita vasten, kun tappia kiristetään aksiaalisesti ensimmäistä ja toista akselia kohti tapin —kierteillä varustettujen päiden ja keskiöreikien kierteillä varustettujen pohjaosioiden toimesta.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen sähkökonejärjestelmä, jossa liitososa (312c) käsittää kutistussovitteet tapin (330) päiden sekä ensimmäisen ja toisen — akselin (304, 309) päissä olevien keskiöreikien seinämien välillä.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen sähkökonejärjestelmä, jossa liitososa (112) on konfiguroitu sallimaan toisen akselin (109) aksiaalinen liike suhteessa ensimmäiseen akseliin (104).
8. Patenttivaatimuksen / mukainen sähkökonejärjestelmä, jossa; - liitososa (112) on tappiliitin, joka käsittää tapin (127), joka on liitetty ensimmäisen ja toisen akselin (104, 109) päihin ja joka on ohuempi kuin ensimmäinen ja toinen akseli, - tapin ainakin yksi pää on uritettu, ja
- keskiéreidn, joka on ensimmäisen tai toisen akselin päässä ja joka vastaanottaa tapin uritetun pään, seinä on uritettu vääntömomentin välittämiseksi ja aksiaalisen liikkeen sallimiseksi.
9. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-8 mukainen sähkökonejärjestelmä, joka — käsittää juoksupyörän (220), joka on liitetty toiseen akseliin (209) niin, että toinen magneettilaakeri (210) on juoksupyörän ja liitososan (212) välissä.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen sähkökonejärjestelmä, joka käsittää toisen juoksupyörän (225), joka on liitetty toiseen akseliin (209) niin, että toinen magneettilaakeri (210) on juoksupyörien välissä.
11. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-10 mukainen sähkökonejärjestelmä, joka käsittää: - kolmannen akselin (221), joka on liitetty ensimmäiseen akseliin (204) niin, että ensimmäinen akseli on toisen ja kolmannen akselin välissä, ja ensimmäinen, toinen, sekä kolmas akseli ovat peräkkäin ensimmäisen, toisen sekä kolmannen akselin aksiaalisessa suunnassa (z), - ainakin yhden kolmannen magneettilaakerin (222), joka on konfiguroitu tukemaan kolmatta akselia pyörivästi staattorin suhteen, ja - toisen liitososan (223), joka on ensimmäisen ja kolmannen akselin välissä ja joka on konfiguroitu liitämään ensimmäinen akseli kolmanteen akseliin, missä toisen liitososan taivutusjäykkyys on pienempi kuin ensimmäisen akselin — taivutusjäykkyys ja pienempi kuin kolmannen akselin taivutusjäykkyys.
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-11 mukainen sähkökonejärjestelmä, jossa kukin sähkökonejärjestelmän magneettilaakereista on aktiivimagneettilaakeri.
