Abstract
Uppfinningen relaterar till medicinsk diagnostik och i synnerhet elektromyografiska mätning av muskel-nervsjukdomar. Vid elektromyografimätning producerar muskelcellsmembranen samtidigt både diagnostiska och störande signaler (21, 30, 130). Mätningen används rutinmässigt för att analysera spänningsskillnaden mellan spetsen (11) och axeln (12) på mätnålen (10). Vid förfarandet enligt uppfinningen separeras spänningsskillnaderna mellan spetsdelen (11), kanylpartiet (12) och hudytan (40) med användning av två samtidiga led (13, 41). Denna behandling och analys förbättrar selektivitet och minskar andelen interfererande störningar (130) i analysresultaten.
Claims (10)
1. Elektriskt mätsystem för musklers elektriska aktivitet (elektromyografi, EMG), vilket mätsystem omfattar en nälformig EMG-elektrod (10) samt en differentialförstärkarkonfiguration (13, 41), kännetecknat av att systemet är anordnat att producera minst tvä intramuskulära, samtidiga mätsignaler för musklers elektriska aktivitet, varav ätminstone en produceras med en första differentialförstärkare (13) utgäende frän en spänningsskillnad för en spets (11) och ett skaft (12) eller annan referens pä den nälformiga EMG- elektroden, och varav ätminstone en produceras med en andra differentialförstärkare (41) utgäende frän en spänningsskillnad för den nälformiga EMG-elektrodens skaft (12) och en separat mätelektrod (40).
2. Mätsystem enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att det har anordnats att processa, dämpa, filtrera och analysera den mätsignal som nälspetsen (11) producerar, genom att som ett kriterium för inledande, avslutande och klassificering av processningen använda spidnningsvariation av samma muskelaktivitet som har mätts samtidigt ur statistiska egenskaper för en signal mellan mätnälens skaft (12) och ätminstone en separat mätpunktselektrod (40).
3. Mätsystem enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att det har anordnats att processa, dämpa, filtrera och analysera (50, 52, 53) den mätsignal som nälen producerar, genom att använda skillnaderna mellan inledande, avslutande och klassificering av processningen, vilka skillnader upptäcks genom att mäta spänningsvariation av muskelaktivitet, vilken spänningsvariation har mätts samtidigt ur statistiska egenskaper för signaler mellan mätnälens separata (11, 12, 40) mätpunkter.

Mätsystem enligt patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av att dess processning av nälspetsens (11) mätsignal är kontinuerlig och den inleds och avslutas med hjälp av ett kopplingsdon, en tryckknapp, en pedal eller ett liknande mekaniskt eller elektriskt val (61) i anslutning till systemet eller genom start eller indicering av ett automatiskt datoranalysprogram (50, 52, 53).
5. Mätsystem enligt patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av att dess processning av nälspetsens (11) mätsignal utförs genom att välja en analog eller digital processning eller ett datorprogram (50, 52, 53) som utför en analys i systemet och processar pä ett dämpande sätt den signal (30A, 130A) som mäts genom nälspetsen, utgäende frän processning av statistiska variabler, såsom amplitud, frekvens, yta, frekvensinnehäll, stighastighet, form, formens komplexitet, formens variation, av samtidiga signaler (30B, 130B) som mätts via nålens skaft.
6. Mätsystem enligt patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av att dess processning av nålspetsens (11) mätsignal utförs genom att välja en analog eller digital processning eller ett datorprogram som utför en analys i systemet och processar genom att välja till en statistisk eller diagnostisk analys den signal (30A, 130A) som mäts genom nälspetsen, utgående från processning av statistiska variabler, såsom amplitud, frekvens, yta, frekvensinnehåll, stighastighet, form, formens komplexitet, formens variation, av samtidiga signaler (30B, 130B) som mätts via nålens skaft.
7. Mätsystem enligt patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av att dess processning och visuella och auditiva framställning av mätsignalen sker med hjälp av fördröjning av mätsignalerna och analog eller digital processning av signalerna med ett datorprogram (50, 52, 53).
8. System enligt patentkraven 2-7, kännetecknat av att dess analys och producering av resultat sker i realtid.
9. System enligt patentkraven 2-7, kännetecknat av att dess analys och producering av resultat sker vid en senare tidpunkt ur signaler som sparats och analyserats digitalt eller analogt och producerats enligt uppfinningen.
10. Användning av ett system enligt något av patentkraven 1-9 vid mätning av musklers elektriska aktivitet.
