Abstract
Esillä olevan keksinnön esimerkkinäkökohdan mukaisesti on aikaansaatu ilmanpuhdistusmoduuli, joka käsittää: ainakin yhden ilmanpuhdistusyksikön, joka käsittää peräkkäin ionisaattorin ja sen jälkeen useita keräyslevyjä, jolloin vierekkäiset keräyslevyt muodostavat kanavia, jotka on konfiguroitu ilmavirran vastaanottamiseksi; jolloin kaikki ryömintämatkat moduulissa ovat vähintään 2 mm/kV, edullisesti vähintään 3 mm/kV, edullisemmin välillä 2 – 5 mm/kV.
Claims (11)
1. lmanpuhdistusmoduuli, joka käsittää — ainakin yhden ilmanpuhdistusyksikön, joka käsittää peräkkäin ionisaattorin ja sen jälkeen useita keräyslevyjä, jolloin vierekkäiset keräyslevyt muodostavat kanavia, jotka on konfiguroitu ilmavirran vastaanottamiseksi; jolloin kaikki ryömintämatkat moduulissa ovat vähintään 2 mm/kV, edullisesti vähintään 3 mm/kV, edullisemmin välillä 2 — 5 mm/kV; jolloin: — jonisaattori käsittää verkon elektrodeja, joiden yleinen muoto on sylinterin tai kartion muotoinen; — ainakin 90 % mainittujen elektrodien — sivupinnasta on € päällystetty sahkoeristemateriaalilla; — elektrodien kärkiä ei ole päällystetty sähköeristemateriaalilla; ja — jonisaattorin ja keräyslevyjen metalliosien materiaalina on ruostumaton teräs.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen ilmanpuhdistusmoduuli, jossa keräyslevyjen välinen jännite on alle 60 kV, edullisesti välillä 10 — 20 kV.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen ilmanpuhdistusmoduuli, jossa keräyslevyjen välinen jännite on välillä 10 — 20 kV, ja kaikki ryömintämatkat moduulissa ovat välillä 20 — 60 mm. ~
4. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen ilmanpuhdistusmoduuli, jossa: O 25 — mainittujen = elektrodien — olennaisesti koko — sivupinta on päällystetty 5 sähköeristemateriaalilla. z
5. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen ilmanpuhdistusmoduuli, joka lisäksi a Lo käsittää jokaiseen ilmanpuhdistinmoduuliin integroidun pesujärjestelmän, joka käsittää s 30 — ainakin yhden suuttimen, joka on konfiguroitu suihkuttamaan puhdistusliuosta mainittua 2 ainakin yhtä ilmanpuhdistusyksikköä kohti paineella, joka on suurempi kuin 50 baaria, N edullisesti suurempi kuin 80 baaria.
6. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen ilmanpuhdistusmoduuli, joka lisäksi käsittää välineet asennukseen rinnakkain ja/tai sarjaan muiden ilmanpuhdistusmoduulien kanssa.
7 Ilmanpuhdistusjärjestelmä, joka käsittää useita jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1 — 6 mukaisia ilmanpuhdistusmoduuleita, jotka on järjestetty rinnakkain ja/tai sarjaan.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen ilmanpuhdistusjärjestelmä, jossa korkeajännitelähde on kytketty ionisaattoriin ja keräyslevyihin eristettyjen putkien, kuten metalliputkien, avulla, — jolloin eristetyt putket, tai eristetyt metalliputket, ovat liu'utettuina ilmanpuhdistusyksikön eristettyjen liitäntäosien sisälle erityisesti vesitiiviin liitoksen muodostamiseksi, ja jossa jousikuormitteiset liittimet kiinnittävät liitoksen.
9. Ilmankäsittely-yksikkö, joka käsittää: — patenttivaatimuksen 7 tai 8 mukaisen ilmanpuhdistusjärjestelmän; — puhaltimen, joka on konfiguroitu puhaltamaan ilmaa ilmankäsittely-yksikön läpi; ja — lämmitys- ja/tai viilennyselementin, joka on konfiguroitu lämmittämään ja/tai viilentämään mainittua ilmaa.
10. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1 — 6 mukaisen ilmanpuhdistusmoduulin käyttö rakennustyömaalta tai työmaalta tulevan ilman puhdistamiseksi.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 mukainen käyttö, jossa mainittu ilma käsittää öljypisaroita ~ epäpuhtauksina. S 25
