Abstract

Uppfinningen avser ett förfarande för att framställa kolvätekomponenter omfattande isoparaffiner från ett matningsmaterial av biologiskt ursprung, som omfattar lineära omättade fettsyror, för framställning av komponenter för dieselbränsle, varvid förfarandet omfattar steg a), där åtminstone en del av matningsmaterialets lineära omättade fettsyror omvandlas till motsvarande förgrenade fettsyror, och steg b), där nämnda förgrenade fettsyror hydrodeoxigeneras och återstående lineära fettsyror för att erhålla motsvarande isoparaffiner och n-paraffiner. Uppfinningen avser också en anordning for genomförande av förfarandet enligt uppfinningen.

Claims (8)

Patenttkrav
1. Förfarande för framställning av kolvätekomponenter omfattande isoparaffiner frän ett ingängsmaterial av biologiskt ursprung, som omfattar lineära omättade fettsyror för framställning av dieselbränslen, kännetecknat av att ingängsmaterialet innefattar rätallolja, och att förfarandet omfattar steg (a) där ätminstone en del av de lineära omättade fettsyrorna i ingängsmaterialet omvandlas till motsvarande förgrenade fettsyror i närvaro av en omvandlingskatalysator med Bronsted-syrafunktionalitet, vilken är vald bland amorfa aluminiumsilikater, zeoliter, aluminiumsilikatfosfat (SAPO), aluminiumfosfat (AIPO) och blandningar därav, och b) där nämnda förgrenade fettsyror och kvarvarande lineära omättade fettsyror hydrodeoxygeneras i närvaro av en hydrobehandlingskatalysator för att tillhandahålla motsvarande isoparaffiner och n-paraffiner, i närvaro av en NiW-hydrobehandlingskatalysator på en bärare.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att i steg a) produceras ett utflöde innefattande förgrenade fettsyror och utflödet utsätts sedan för hydrobehandling i steg b).
3. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att kolväteingängsmaterialet väljs bland vegetabiliska oljor och fetter, animaliska fetter, fiskoljor och blandningar därav.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 3, kännetecknat av att ingängsmaterialet innehäller minst 5 viktprocent omättade fettsyror.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 4, kännetecknat av att N omvandlingskatalysatorn väljs bland ZSM-5, ZSM-22, ZSM-23, SAPO-11, N SAPO-41 och blandningar därav.

6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 5, kännetecknat av J att bäraren för hydrobehandlingskatalysatorn valjs bland aktivt kol, aluminium, E 30 — silikater, aluminiumsilikater och blandningar därav.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 6, kännetecknat av s att i steg a) är temperaturen 100 - 500 °C, arbetstrycket mellan 0 - 150 bar och © WHSV (hourly weight hourly space velocity) 0,1 - 100 h".
