Claims (11)
1. Stabiloitu liimaformulaatio, joka käsittää liima-aineen ja modifioidun ruuaksi kelpaamattoman polysakkaridin, jolloin ruuaksi kelpaamaton polysakkaridi käsittää ksylaanin tai arabinogalaktaanin tai niiden seoksen ja jolloin modifioitu ruuaksi kelpaamaton polysakkaridi on saatu modifioimalla ruuaksi kelpaamatonta polysakkaridia kationisesti varatulla aminoreagenssilla.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen formulaatio, jolloin liima-aine on AKD tai ASA tai niiden seos.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen formulaatio, jolloin ruuaksi kelpaamattoman polysakkaridi on ksylaani tai arabinogalaktaani tai niiden seos.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen formulaatio, jolloin aminoreagenssi on gly-sidyylitrimetyyliammoniumkloridi.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen formulaatio, jolloin modifioidun ruuaksi kelpaamattoman polysakkaridin substituutioaste on 0,03-1,5.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen formulaatio, jolloin formulaatio on dispersion, edullisesti emulsion muodossa.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-6 mukainen formulaatio, jolloin modifioidun ruuaksi kelpaamattoman polysakkaridin suhde liima-aineeseen on 0,05:1.
8. Menetelmä patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukaisen stabiloidun liimaformulaation valmistamiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että liima-aine ja modifioitu ruuaksi kelpaamaton polysakkaridi saatetaan kosketuksiin vesipitoisessa liuoksessa, jolloin muodostetaan dispersio homogenisoinnilla 140-160 barn paineessa, jolloin mainittu ruuaksi kelpaamaton polysakkaridi käsittää ksylaanin tai arabinogalaktaanin tai niiden seoksen ja jolloin modifioitu ruuaksi kelpaamaton polysakkaridi on saatu modifioimalla ruuaksi kelpaamatonta polysakkaridia kationisesti varatulla aminoreagenssilla.
9. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-7 mukaisen stabiloidun liimaformulaation käyttö paperin tai paperituotteiden liimauksessa.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen käyttö, jolloin stabiloidun liimaformulaation annostus selluun on 0,5-3 kg/t.
11. Menetelmä patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukaisen modifioidun ruuaksi kelpaamattoman polysakkaridin valmistamiseksi, joka menetelmä käsittää polysakkaridin funktionalisoimisen reaktiolla varatun aminoreagenssin kanssa, tunnettu siitä, että mainittu menetelmä käsittää vaiheet i) tuotetaan varatun aineen, veden ja katalyyttisen emäsmäärän seos, ja mainittua seosta sekoitetaan perusteellisesti huoneen lämpötilaa korkeammassa lämpötilassa, ja ii) lisätään mainittu ruuaksi kelpaamattoman polysakkaridi, joka käsittää ksy-laanin tai arabinogalaktaanin tai niiden seoksen, ja pieni määrä vettä vaiheen i seokseen, ja saatua seosta sekoitetaan useita tunteja vakiolämpötilassa; ja jonka jälkeen iii) pestään ja suodatetaan muodostunut varattu ruuaksi kelpaamaton polysakkaridi ennen talteenottoa.
