Integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, mainitun prosessin käsittäessä vaiheet, missä uusiutuvista lähteistä peräisin olevalle syötteelle suoritetaan katalyyttinen vetyprosessointi vetyprosessointijärjestelmässä vedyn läsnä ollessa vedyn osapaineessa alueella 25 - 250 bar, sen jälkeen erotetaan vesipitoinen komponentti, raskas komponentti, joka käsittää hiililuvultaan yli 5 olevia hiilivetyjä, ja kevyt komponentti, joka käsittää kaasuja ja hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevia hiilivetyjä, johdetaan mainittu kevyt komponentti erotukseen hiilidioksidin ja rikkivedyn poistamiseksi, jolloin saadaan vetyä ja hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevia hiilivetyjä käsittävä kierrätysvirta, sitten kierrätysvirta jaetaan ensimmäiseen kierrätysvirtaan ja toiseen kierrätysvirtaan, johdetaan ensimmäinen kierrätysvirta vetyprosessointijärjestelmään, ja toinen kierrätysvirta höyryreformointiyksikön, ennen höyryreformointiyksikköä sijaitsevan rikinpoistoyksikön ja vesi-kaasumuunnosyksikön käsittävään vetylaitokseen, konvertoidaan mainitut hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevat hiilivedyt mainitussa vetylaitoksessa vedyksi, ja johdetaan mainittua vetyä käsittävä vetyvirta vetyprosessointijärjestelmään.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä maakaasua, LPG:a, naftaa, biokaasua, metaania, etaania, propaania, butaania tai näiden yhdistelmää käytetään vetylaitoksen lähtöaineena.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä toinen kierrätysvirta johdetaan vetylaitoksen rikinpoistoyksikköön ja rikkiyhdisteet poistetaan lähtöaineesta.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä vetylaitos käsittää hiilidioksidin/hiilimonoksidin/veden erotusyksikön.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä ensimmäinen kierrätysvirta yhdistetään vetyvirran kanssa, jolloin saadaan yhdistetty virta, ja hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevien hiilivetyjen määrä yhdistetyssä virrassa säädetään alueelle enintään 30 mooli-%, laskettuna vetyprosessointijärjestelmän syötteen kokonaismäärästä.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevat hiilivedyt käsittävät metaania.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-6 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä kevyelle komponentille suoritetaan erotus käyttäen yhtä tai useampaa amiinipesuria, joka kykenee poistamaan rikkivetyä ja hiilidioksidia.
8. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-7 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä vesipitoisen komponentin, raskaan komponentin ja kevyen komponentin erotus suoritetaan kylmäerottimen avulla.
9. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-8 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä raskaalle komponentille suoritetaan erotus ja/tai fraktionointi, jolloin saadaan liikennepolttoaineiden alueella kiehuvia hiilivetyjä.
10. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-9 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä uusiutuvista lähteistä peräisin oleva syöte valitaan kasveista, eläimistä, levistä, kaloista ja mikrobiologisista prosesseista peräisin olevista syötteistä, mainittujen syötteiden prosessoinnista peräsin olevista sivuvirroista ja jätevirroista, ja viemärilietteestä.
11. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-10 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä syöte käsittää kasviöljyä tai metsäteollisuuden sivutuotteina saatavia yhdisteitä, tai näiden yhdistelmiä.
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-11 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä vedyn osapaine katalyyttisessä vetyprosessoinnissa on alueella 60 - 200 bar, edullisesti 80 - 150 bar.
13. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-12 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä katalyyttisessä vetyprosessoinnissa kokonaispaine on alueella 25 - 250 bar, edullisesti 80 - 160 bar.
14. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-13 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiilivetyjen valmistamiseksi, missä katalyyttinen vetyprosessointi suoritetaan alueella 280 -450°C olevassa lämpötilassa.
15. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-14 mukaisella prosessilla saatava hiilivetytuote.
16. Integroitu prosessi hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevien hiilivetyjen konvertoimiseksi, missä mainittu prosessi käsittää vaiheet, missä uusiutuvista lähteistä peräisin olevalle syötteelle suoritetaan katalyyttinen vetyprosessointi vetyprosessointijärjestelmässä vedyn läsnä ollessa vedyn osapaineessa alueella 25 - 250 bar, sen jälkeen erotetaan vesipitoinen komponentti, raskas komponentti, joka käsittää hiililuvultaan yli 5 olevia hiilivetyjä, ja kevyt komponentti, joka käsittää kaasuja ja hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevia hiilivetyjä, johdetaan mainittu kevyt komponentti erotukseen hiilidioksidin ja rikkivedyn poistamiseksi, jolloin saadaan vetyä ja hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevia hiilivetyjä käsittävä kierrätysvirta, sitten kierrätysvirta jaetaan ensimmäiseen kierrätysvirtaan ja toiseen kierrätysvirtaan, johdetaan ensimmäinen kierrätysvirta vetyprosessointijärjestelmään, ja toinen kierrätysvirta höyryreformointiyksikön, ennen höyryreformointiyksikköä sijaitsevan rikinpoistoyksikön ja vesi-kaasumuunnosyksikön käsittävään vetylaitokseen, konvertoidaan mainitut hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevat hiilivedyt mainitussa vetylaitoksessa vedyksi.
17. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevien hiilivetyjen konvertoimiseksi, missä mainitussa vetylaitoksessa konvertoitua vetyä käsittävä vetyvirta johdetaan vetyprosessointijärjestelmään.
18. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 tai 17 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevien hiilivetyjen konvertoimiseksi, missä maakaasua, LPG:a, naftaa, biokaasua, metaania, etaania, propaania, butaania tai näiden yhdistelmää käytetään vetylaitoksen lähtöaineena.
19. Patenttivaatimuksen 18 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevien hiilivetyjen konvertoimiseksi, missä toinen kierrätysvirta johdetaan vetylaitoksen rikinpoistoyksikköön ja rikkiyhdisteet poistetaan lähtöaineesta.
20. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 16 - 19 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevien hiilivetyjen konvertoimiseksi, missä vetylaitos käsittää hiilidioksidin/hiilimonoksidin/veden erotusyksikön.
21. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 16 - 20 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevien hiilivetyjen konvertoimiseksi, missä kevyelle komponentille suoritetaan erotus käyttäen yhtä tai useampaa amiinipesuria, joka kykenee poistamaan rikkivetyä ja hiilidioksidia.
22. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 16 - 21 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevien hiilivetyjen konvertoimiseksi, missä uusiutuvista lähteistä peräisin oleva syöte valitaan kasveista, eläimistä, levistä, kaloista ja mikrobiologisista prosesseista peräisin olevista syötteistä, mainittujen syötteiden prosessoinnista peräsin olevista sivuvirroista ja jätevirroista, ja viemäri lietteestä.
23. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 16 - 22 mukainen integroitu prosessi hiililuvultaan välillä 1-5 olevien hiilivetyjen konvertoimiseksi, missä syöte käsittää kasviöljyä tai metsäteollisuuden sivutuotteina saatavia yhdisteitä, tai näiden yhdistelmiä.
