Claims (15)

1. Menetelmä biohajoavan pakkausmateriaalin valmistamiseksi, jossa kuitupohjaiselle substraatille ekstrudoidaan yksi tai useampia polymeeripinnoitekerroksia, jotka sisältävät ainakin yhden kerroksen, joka on polymeeriseosta, joka koostuu (i) 20 - 95 paino- %:sta polylaktidia (PLA), jolla on korkea sulaindeksi, joka on yli 35 g/10 min (210 °C; 2,16 kg), (ii) 5-80 paino- %:sta polybutyleenisukkinaattia (PBS) tai sen biohajoavaa johdannaista ja (iii) 0-5 paino- %:sta yhtä tai useampaa polymeeristä lisäainetta, jolloin seoksen komponentit sulatetaan ja sekoitetaan ekstruusiovaiheen yhteydessä.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että mainittu seos koostuu (i) 30 - 60 paino- %:sta mainittua korkean sulaindeksin polylaktidia, (ii) 40 - 70 paino-%:sta polybutyleenisukkinaattia tai sen biohajoavaa johdannaista ja (iii) 0-5 wt-%:sta akryylikopolymeeriä.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että mainitun korkean sulaindeksin polylaktidin sulaindeksi on 50 - 100, edullisesti 70 - 85 g/10 min (210 °C; 2,16 kg).
4. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että mainittua seosta ekstrudoidaan monikerrospinnoitteen uloimmaksi kuumasaumauskerrokseksi.
5. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että mainittua seosta ekstrudoidaan monikerrospinnoitteen sisimmäksi adhesiivikerrokseksi.
6. Patenttivaatimusten 4 ja 5 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu monikerrospinnoitteen, joka käsittää patenttivaatimuksessa 1 määriteltyä seosta olevan sisimmän kerroksen, keskikerroksen, joka sisältää polylaktidia, jolla on matala sulaindeksi, joka on 5 - 35 g/10 min (210 °C; 2,16 kg), ja patenttivaatimuksessa 1 määriteltyä seosta olevan uloimman kerroksen, koekstruusiosta.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että samaa seosta ekstrudoidaan monikerrospinnoitteen sisimmäksi ja uloimmaksi kerrokseksi.
8. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1 - 3 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että yksikerrospinnoite ekstrudoidaan suoraan kosketukseen kuitupohjaisen substraatin kanssa.
9. Jonkin edellä olevista patenttivaatimuksista mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että konenopeus ekstruusiossa on ainakin 100 m/min, edullisesti ainakin 150 m/min, edullisemmin ainakin 200 m/min ja edullisimmin ainakin 250 m/min.
10. Biohajoava pakkausmateriaali, joka on valmistettu jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukaisella menetelmällä ja käsittää kuitupohjaisen substraatin ja yhden tai useamman ekstrudoidun polymeeripinnoitekerroksen, jotka sisältävät ainakin yhden kerroksen, joka on polymeeriseosta, joka koostuu (i) 20 - 95 paino- %:sta polylaktidia, jolla on korkea sulamindeksi, joka on yli 35 g/10 min (210 °C; 2,16 kg), (ii) 5-80 paino- %:sta polybutyleenisukkinaattia tai sen biohajoavaa johdannaista ja (iii) 0-5 paino-%:sta yhtä tai useampaa polymeeristä lisäainetta.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 mukainen pakkausmateriaali, joka käsittää kuitupohjaisen substraatin ja ekstrudoidun monikerrospinnoitteen, joka sisältää sisimmän ja uloimman kerroksen, jotka ovat seosta, joka koostuu (i) 30 - 60 paino- %:sta polylaktidia, jolla on korkea sulamisindeksi, joka on 50 - 100 g/10 min (210 °C; 2,16 kg), (ii) 40 - 70 paino- %:sta polybutyleenisukkinaattia tai sen johdannaista ja (iii) 0-5 paino-%:sta akryylikopolymeeriä, ja keskikerroksen, joka on polylaktidia, jolla on matala sulaindeksi, joka on 5 - 35 g/10 min (210 °C; 2,16 kg).
12. Juomakuppi pakkausmateriaalista, joka on valmistettu jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-9 mukaisella menetelmällä, tai patenttivaatimuksen 10 tai 11 mukaisesta pakkausmateriaalista, jolloin polymeeripinnoite on kupin sisäsivulla, joka on kosketuksissa nesteen kanssa.
13. Suljettu nestepakkaus pakkausmateriaalista, joka on valmistettu jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-9 mukaisella menetelmällä tai patenttivaatimuksen 10 tai 11 mukaisesta pakkausmateriaalista, jolloin polymeeripinnoite on pakkauksen sisäsivulla, joka on kosketuksissa nesteen kanssa.
14. Suljettu kartonkipakkaus jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-9 mukaisella menetelmällä valmistetusta pakkausmateriaalista tai patenttivaatimuksen 10 tai 11 mukaisesta pakkausmateriaalista, jolloin polymeeripinnoite on pakkauksen ulkosivulla.
15. Valmisruokaa varten oleva vuokapakkaus, joka on tehty jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-9 mukaisella menetelmällä valmistetusta pakkausmateriaalista tai patenttivaatimuksen 10 tai 11 mukaisesta pakkausmateriaalista.
