DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
The invention will now be described in detail. In the description, reference is made to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 shows an example of a baby garment according to the invention, Figure 2 shows a baby garment of Figure 1 with a first swivel portion open and Figure 3 shows a baby garment of Figure 1
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
The embodiments in the following description are exemplary only and one of ordinary skill in the art may implement the basic idea of the invention in a manner other than that described in the description. Although the specification may refer to one embodiment or embodiments at multiple locations, this does not mean that the reference is directed to only one embodiment described, or that the feature described is useful in only one embodiment described. The individual features of two or more embodiments may be combined to provide new embodiments of the invention.
The following figures illustrate an embodiment of the invention in various positions. Because of this, even if a reference number is included in the pictures, it is not necessarily dealt with in the description just for that picture.
The baby garment 100 according to the examples shows a first portion 110 and a second portion 111, and a first pivoting portion 112 and a second pivoting portion 113. Further, the baby clothing has a first securing arrangement 109, a second securing arrangement 120, and a third securing arrangement 121. on the pivoting part and the mounting arrangements are secured. Usage mode refers to when the baby clothing is worn on the baby and is placed in a space where the baby can stay in the suit without accidentally opening it as the baby moves. In Figure 2, the third securing arrangement 121 is opened and the first pivot portion 112 is lifted off the second pivot portion 113. The second mounting arrangement 120 and the first mounting arrangement 109 are attached. In Figure 3, all the fastening arrangements are open and the other pivoting portion is pivoted away from the back of the baby garment.
The baby garment 100 has a neck opening 101, a first leg opening 102, a second leg opening 103, a first arm portion 104, a second arm portion 105. The arm portions are sleeves or openings for the hands. The baby garment further comprises a waistline 106 and a lower skirt 107, as well as a back portion and a front portion which is a portion of the wearer's face between the hand portions. The back is, of course, the part of the garment on the back of the wearer that is caught between the hand parts. The waistline is approximately at the center of the baby garment and rotates in a horizontal plane of the garment, i.e. a plane transverse to the longitudinal axis of the garment. The waistline may be a virtual spot on the garment, or it may have a seam or attachment to the baby garment. The lower hem is the lower edge of the garment and rotates the garment when it is on the wearer. The neck opening has a neck edge 108, and the back portion is uniform from the neck edge to the lower skirt. The baby garment further comprises a first fastening arrangement 109 for securing the various positions of the baby garment between the first leg opening and the second leg opening. The fastening arrangements consist of two parts 109a, 109b arranged to engage with one another. The various parts of the fastening arrangements are arranged to fasten different parts of the garment to one another so that the garment is shaped over the wearer. The fastening arrangements may be buttons, snaps, sticker arrangements or the like. Baby clothing is made of any suitable fabric material.
The baby garment 100 consists of a first part 110 and a second part 111 of the baby garment. The first part includes at least said neckband 108, a first hand part 104, a second hand part 105, and a lower skirt 107. The first part can be opened from the front. It has two parts that can be turned over one another. The parts are a first pivot part 112 and a second pivot part 113. The pivot parts are on the front of the garment. The first pivot portion has an edge 114 of the first pivot portion and a second pivot portion has an edge 115 of the second pivot portion. The edges of the pivot portions extend from the neck edge 108 to the lower skirt. The point at which the edge of the pivoting portion becomes a lower bead may be selected as the point where the edges of the pivoting portions at the bottom of the baby garment overlap when the first pivoting portion is pivoted on the second pivoting portion as shown in Figure 1. The second turning part is arranged to be turned onto the back, as is done in Figure 2, and the first turning part is arranged to be turned on to reverse a second pivot member, so that the pivot elements form the edges of the upper portions of the neck opening 101 on the front side edge of the garment. This can be seen in Figure 3. Since in this embodiment, the edges of the pivoting members are inclined at their upper part relative to the horizontal plane, the neck opening becomes V-shaped. By shaping the edges of the swivel members, the shape of the neck opening can be varied.
In one embodiment, the baby garment 100 comprises a third fastening arrangement 121 having two portions 121a, 121b, and a first portion 121a of the third fastening arrangement at an edge 114 of a first pivot portion 112 and a second portion 121b of a third securing arrangement at a second pivot portion 113 This helps to keep the baby garment in place when in use, so that the attachment arrangements do not open accidentally. The placement of the third attachment arrangement reduces the amount of tension in the baby's clothing caused by baby movements.
In one embodiment, the first portion 110 is shaped such that, in use, the lower portion of the baby garment 100 has a skirt-like lower portion wider than the other baby clothing. Preferably, this design is below the waistline 106. In some embodiments, the design of the first pivot portion 112 may conceal the border of the pivot portions, leaving the overall impression of the baby garment to be one piece.
The second portion 111 has an elongate body formed when the fabric is opened. The second portion has an upper edge 116 of a second portion and a lower edge 117 of a second portion, and a first sidewall 118 of a second portion and a second sidewall 119. The second portion further comprises a first mounting arrangement 109 and a second mounting arrangement 120. A second mounting arrangement 120 having two portions 120a, 120b. which are on the first side edge of the second part and on the second side edge of the second part, and the parts of the second fastening arrangement can be fastened together to wrap the second part of the baby garment around the wearer, the baby. The lower portion of the second portion between the portions of the first attachment assembly forms the edges of the first foot aperture 102 and the lower portion portions of the second portion between the attachment assembly portions and the second portion lateral edges form the second foot aperture 103 when the first attachment assembly is secured. The second part then forms an arrangement of the lower part of the baby boot. The upper edge 116 of the second portion is secured at least partially to the portion of the first portion approximately at the waistline of the garment, i.e., the upper edge of the second portion follows the waistline 106. This is best seen in Figure 3. In this example, when one part is closed by the second fastening arrangement, the other pivot part is secured in place as done in Fig. 2. There are also embodiments in which the attachment of the second portion is made only at the top of the second portion. In one embodiment, the upper edge of the second portion is secured to the side facing at least the back portion of at least the second pivot portion. The second part is thus otherwise freely movable with respect to the first part. Thus, the baby garment does not tighten as the baby moves, so the baby will feel more comfortable.
The first fastening arrangement 109 can be opened, for example, for changing the diaper. If necessary, the second fastening arrangement 120 can also be opened. Figure 3 shows this type of situation where the baby's garment has been opened. In this case, the first pivot part 112 and the second pivot part 113 of the first part are in the open position. For example, when the diaper is changed, the first and second attachment arrangements are closed, and the second portion is again in a baby-like state. The pivoting portions are turned over each other to access the working space of the garment shown in Figure 1.
Some of the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above. The invention is not limited to the solutions just described, but the inventive idea can be applied in numerous ways within the scope of the claims.
