Claims (10)

1. Process för framställning av mättade C5-C28-kolväten5 kännetecknad 5 därav, att processen omfattar steg där en rävara erhällna frän ett utgängsmaterial av biologiskt ursprung utsätts för ett kondensationssteg vald frän ketonisering, aldolkondensation, alkoholkondensation och radikalreaktioner, och därefter kondensationsprodukten utsätts för ett kombinerat hydro-defunktionaliserings- och isomeriseringssteg, och 10 ketoniseringen genomförs under ett tryck frän 0 tili 10 Mpa, vid en temperatur frän 10 tili 500 °C, i närvaro av en uppburen metalloxidkatalysator och rävaran väljs frän fettsyraestrar, fettsyraanhydrider, fettalkoholer, fettaldehyder, naturliga vaxer, metallsalter av fettsyror, dikarboxylsyror och polyoler, 15 aldolkondensationen i närvaro av en homogen eller heterogen aldolkondensations-katalysator vid en temperatur frän 80 tili 400 °C och rävaran väljs frän aldehyder, ketoner och hydroxyaldehyder, alkoholkondensationen genomförs i närvaro av en katalysator vald frän hydroxider och alkoxider av alkali och alkaliska jordartsmetaller och 20 metalloxider, i kombination med en cokatalysator omfattande en metall vid en temperatur frän 200 tili 300 °C och rävaran väljs frän primära och/eller sekundära, mättade och/eller omättade alkoholer, och radikalreaktionen genomförs vid en temperatur av 100 tili 300 °C i närvaro av en alkylperoxid-, peroxyester-, dialkylperoxid- eller peroxyket-25 alkatalysator och rävaran väljs frän mättade karboxylsyror och alfaolefiner i ett molförhällande 1:1.

Process enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att det kombinerade hydrodefunktionaliserings- och isomeriseringssteget genomförs under ett 30 tryck frän 0.1 tili 15 MPa, vid en temperatur av 100 tili 500 °C, i närvaro av en bifunktionell katalysator omfattande ätminstone ett molekylärt säll valt frän aluminosilikater och silicoaluminofosfater och ätminstone en metall vald frän Grupp 6 och 8-10 metaller i Periodiska Tabellen over Grundämnen.
3. Process enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att strömningshastigheten WHSV i det kombinerade hydrodefunktio-naliserings- och isomeriseringssteget är frän 0.1 till 10 1/h och väte till vätska matningsförhällendet är frän 1 till 5000 Nl/1.
4. Process enligt patentkravet 2 eller 3, kännetecknad därav, att den bifunktionella katalysatorn omfattar ätminstone ett molekylärt sali valt frän zeoliter och silicoaluminofosfater, ätminstone en metall vald frän Grupp 9 eller 10 metaller i Periodiska Tabellen över Grundämnen och ett bindemedel. 15
