Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för styrning av rejektbehandling i en massatillverk-ningsprocess, vilken massatillverkningsprocess uppvisar en massalösare (1) för framställning av en fibermassasuspension och en ragger (2) för avlägsnan- 5 de av rejekten frän massalösaren (1) i form av ett raggerrep (4), känne-t e c k n a t av att ätminstone en egenskap hos raggerns (2) raggerrep (4) och/eller ätminstone en effekt som raggerrepet (4) har pä raggern (2) och/eller ragger-repets (4) färdhastighet och/eller ätminstone en egenskap hos raggerns (2) 10 funktion mäts och att raggerrepets (4) färdhastighet och/eller massalösarens (1) rotors ro-tationshastighet och/eller mängden rämaterial i fibermassasuspensionen som ska mätäs tili massalösaren (1) regleras pä basis av den uppmätta egenska-pen hos raggerrepet (4) och/eller effekten som raggerrepet (4) har pä raggern 15 (2) och/eller raggerrepets (4) färdhastighet och/eller en egenskap hos raggerns (2) funktion.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att vid mätning av ätminstone en egenskap hos raggerns (2) raggerrep (4) mäts raggerrepets (4) tjocklek (T) och/eller vikt (W) och/eller längd (L) och/eller styvhet 20 och/eller elasticitet.

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att vid mätning av ätminstone en effekt som raggerrepet (4) har pä raggern (2) mäts presspänningen som raggerrepet (4) riktar mot den främre delen av raggerns (2) stomkonstruktion (11) och/eller dragspänningen som raggerrepet (4) 25 riktar mot den bakre delen av raggerns (2) stom konstruktion (11) och/eller oscillation eller vibration (V) som raggerrepet (4) förorsakar i raggerns (2) stom-konstruktion (11).
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat av att vid mätning av ätminstone en egenskap hos raggerns 30 (2) funktion mäts vridmomentet (TM) för raggerns (2) dragvals (5).
5. Anordning för styrning av rejektbehandling i en massatillverkningsprocess, vilken massatillverkningsprocess uppvisar en massalösare (1) för framställning av en fibermassasuspension och en ragger (2) för avlägsnan-de av rejekten frän massalösaren (1) i form av ett raggerrep (4), känne- 35. e c k n a d av att anordningen omfattar ett eller flera mätelement (9, 12, 13, 14, 16) 14 för att mätä ätminstone en egenskap hos raggerns (2) raggerrep (4) och/eller ätminstone en effekt som raggerrepet (4) har pä raggern (2) och/eller ragger-repets (4) färdhastighet och/eller ätminstone en egenskap (TM) hos raggerns (2) funktion och att 5 anordningen omfattar ätminstone en styrenhet (10) för att reglera raggerrepets (4) färdhastighet och/eller massalösarens (1) rotors rotationshas-tighet och/eller mängden rämaterial i fibermassasuspensionen som ska mätäs tili massalösaren (1) pä basis av den uppmätta egenskapen hos raggerrepet (4) och/eller effekten som raggerrepet (4) har pä raggern (2) och/eller ragger-10 repets färdhastighet och/eller en egenskap hos raggerns (2) funktion.
6. Anordning enligt patentkrav 5, k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att tili anordningen hörande ett eller flera mätelement (9, 12, 13, 17) som mäter en egenskap hos raggerrepet (4) är anordnat att mätä raggerrepets (4) tjocklek (T) och/eller vikt (W) och/eller längd (L) och/eller styvhet och/eller elasticitet.
7. Anordning enligt patentkrav 5 eller 6, k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att tili anordningen hörande ett eller flera mätelement (12, 13, 14) för mätning av effekten som raggerrepet (4) har pä raggern (2) är anordnat att mätä press-spänningen som raggerrepet (4) riktar mot den främre delen av raggerns (2) stomkonstruktion (11) och/eller dragspänningen som raggerrepet (4) riktar mot 20 den bakre delen av raggerns (2) stomkonstruktion (11) och/eller oscillation eller vibration (V) som raggerrepet (4) förorsakar i raggerns (2) stomkonstruktion (11).
8. Anordning enligt nägotavpatentkraven 5-7, kännetecknad av att ett mätelement (16) för mätning av en egenskap hos raggerns (2) funk-25 tion är anordnat att mätä vridmomentet (TM) för raggerns (2) dragvals (5).
