Claims (11)
1. CDMA-cellulärradiosystem, i vilket varje cell uppvisar ätminstone en basstation (BTS), som stär i för- 5 bindelse med mobila stationer (MSI, MS2) i cellen, i vilket system varje användares datasignal, som genererats med en viss bithastighet, multipliceras med en spridningskod som genererats med en avsevärt större bithastighet än da-tasignalens bithastighet, varvid förhällandet mellan data-10 signal och spridningskod utgör förbindelsens spridnings-förhällande, och i vilket system flera användares signaler som multiplicerats med spridningskoderna sänds pä samma frekvensband, kännetecknat av att spridningsförhäl-landet för förbindelsen mellan en basstation (BTS) och en 15 mobil station (MSI, MS2) regleras under förbindelsen pä basis av signalens kvalitet.
2. System enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att regleringen av spridningsförhällandet för förbindelsen mellan basstationen (BTS) och den mobila stationen 20 (MSI, MS2) sker genom en ändring av datasignalens bithastighet .
