Claims (12)
1. Förfarande för ffamställning av en virussäker farmaceutisk sammansättning av biologiskt aktivt protein bestäende av interferon, kännetecknat avatt 5. i en proteinlösning tillsätts en effektiv mängd jonfritt rengöringsmedel, som ger den farmaceutiska sammansättningen en förlängd förvaringshällbarhet, - lösningen innehällande det jonfria rengöringsmedlet filtreras med ett filter för avlägsnande av virus, vars porstorlek är 10 - 40 nm och - filtratet tas tillvara. 10
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat avatt som jonfritt rengöringsmedel används polyoxietylensorbitan-monooleat, polyoxietylensorbitan-monolaureat eller polyoxietylenlauryleter. 15 3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknat av att det jonfria rengöringsmedlet omfattar polyoxietylensorbitan-monooleat (polysorbat 80), som tillsätts i en mängd, som överskrider den kritiska koncentrationen av micell.
