Claims (3)

1. Förfarande för allokering av en radioresurs för en sändning i uppätriktning tili mobilstationer (MS) i ett paketradiosystem, i synnerhet i ett GPRS-system, i vilket ett nät (BSS) ätminstone pä tvä olika sätt kan allokera 5 radioresursen tili mobilstationen (MS) sä att - radioresursen pä det första allokeringssättet allokeras med en identifikation (USF) för ett motsvarande block i riktning uppät, vilken identifika-tion skall sändas med block i nedätriktning och - radioresursen pä det andra allokeringssättet allokeras i ett särskilt 10 signaleringsmeddelande, som visar det radioblock som mobilstationen skall använda för sändningen i uppätriktning, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att, vid användning av det andra allokeringssättet, (i) nätet (BSS) underläter att allokera identifikationen (USF) för ät-15 minstone ett motsvarande block i riktning uppät tili nägon mobilstation (MS), och (ii) nätet (BSS) använder den oallokerade identifikationen (USF) för det motsvarande blocket i riktning uppät för motsvarande block i riktning nedät allokerade pä det andra allokeringssättet. 20
2. Förfarande för allokering av en radioresurs för en sändning i uppätriktning tili mobilstationer (MS) i ett paketradiosystem, i synnerhet i ett GPRS-system, i vilket ett nät (BSS) ätminstone pä tvä olika sätt kan allokera radioresursen tili mobilstationen (MS) sä att - radioresursen pä det första allokeringssättet allokeras med en 25 identifikation (USF) för ett motsvarande block i riktning uppät, vilken identifikation skall sändas med block i riktning nedät och - radioresursen pä det andra allokeringssättet allokeras i ett särskilt signaleringsmeddelande, som visar det radioblock som mobilstationen skall använda för sändningen i uppätriktning, 30 k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att, vid användning av det andra alloke ringssättet, (i) nätet (BSS) underläter att allokera identifikationen (USF) för ätminstone ett motsvarande block i riktning uppät tili nägon mobilstation (MS), och • 10 104877 (ii) den oallokerade identifikationen (USF) för det motsvarande blocket i riktning uppät används för att visa ett allokerat block i riktning uppät, med vilket ingen mobilstation (MS) far sända utan särskilt tillständ.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att 5 nätet (BSS) i fas (i) underlater att allokera en identifikation (USF) för exakt ett motsvarande block i riktning uppät. 1 « • ·
