Claims (10)

1. Förfarande för kontrollerande av en abon- nentidentitetsmodul (SIM), i vilken registrerats en r abonnentidentitetskod (IMSI1) och en identitetskod 5 (Kx) , i ett telekommunikationssystem, säsom i ett mo-bilkommunikationsnät, tili vilket hör ett abonnentre-gister (HLR1), HLR2) för upprätthällande av ett abon-nentidentitetsmodulregister, ett meddelandeformed- lingssystem (SMSC) för förmedlande av ett meddelande i 10 mobilkommunikationsnätet och en mobilteleapparat (MS), tili vilken abonnentidentitetsmodulen är förenad, och vid vilket förfarande i samband med öppnande av en första abonnentanslutning kreeras i abonnentregistret (HLR1) en post, vilken omfattar ett abonnentanslut-15 ningsbundet anropsnummer (MSISDNx), en krypteringskod (Kx) och en tili abonnentanslutningen sig anslutande abonnentidentitetskod (IMSI1) , kännetecknat därav, att en andra abonnentanslutning, som hör samman med 20 abonnentidentitetsmodulen (SIM), öppnas; i abonnantregistret (HLR2) kreeras en post, som omfattar ett anropsnummer (MSISDN) som motsvarar den andra abonnentanslutningen, en abonnentidentitetskod (IMSI2) och krypteringskoden (Kx) ; 25 tili den första abonnentanslutningen sänds ett ·' meddelande (SMS), vilket innehäller information för transformerande av data som motsvarar abonnentidenti-tetsmodulens (SIM) första abonnentanslutning; och pä grund av informationen transformeras de i abon-30 nentidentitetsmodulen registrerade data som motsvarar ... den första abonnentanslutningen till data som motsva- rar den andra abonnentanslutningen.

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att frän abonnentidentitetsmo- 35 dulen (SIM) sänds en kvittering om det mottagna medde-landet (SMS) och om transformationens lyckande och pä 13 104681 grund av kvitteringen avlägsnas den första abonnen-tanslutningen frän telekommunikationssystemet.

Telekommunikationssystem, säsom ett mobil-30 kommunikationsnät, för kontrollerande av en abonnenti-dentitetsmodul (SIM), i vilken registrerats en abon-• ·· nentidentitetskod (IMSI1) och en identitetskod (Κχ) , till vilket telekommunikationssystem hör ett abonnent-a register (HLR1), HLR2) för upprätthällande av ett 35 abonnentidentitetsmodulregister, ett meddelandeförmed-lingssystem (SMSC) för förmedlande av ett meddelande i mobilkommunikationsnätet och en mobilteleapparat (MS) , 104681 14 till vilken abonnentidentitetsmodulen är förenad, och vid vilket telekommunikationssystem i samband med öppnande av en första abonnentanslutning kreeras i abonnentregistret (HLR1) en post, vilken omfattar ett 5 abonnentanslutningsbundet anropsnummer (MSISDNx), en T krypteringskod (Kx) och en till abonnentanslutningen sig anslutande abonnentidentitetskod (IMSI1), k ä n -netecknat därav, att till telekommunikations-systemet hör en kontrollanordning (1), till vilken hör 10 medel (2) för öppnande av en andra abonnentanslut ning som hör samman med abonnentidentitetsmodulen (SIM) ; medel (3) för kreerande av en post i abonnentregistret (HLR2), vilken post omfattar ett anropsnummer 15 (MSISDN) som motsvarar den andra abonnentanslutningen, en abonnentidentitetskod (IMSI2) och identitetskoden (KJ ; medel (4) för bildande av ett meddelande (SMS) , vilket innehäller information för transformerande av 20 data som motsvarar abonnentidentitetsmodulens första • · abonnentanslutning, som skall sändas till den första abonnentanslutningen; och medel (5) för transformation av i abonnentidentitetsmodulen (SIM) registrerade data som motsvarar den 25 första abonnentanslutningen till data som motsvarar den andra abonnentanslutningen.
9. Telekommunikationssystem enligt patentkrav 8, kännetecknat darav, att kontrollanordnin-gen (1) är anordnad i samband med fakturerings- och 30 kundkontrollsystemet i telekommunikationssystemet.
