Abstract

The coffee-making machine is composed of a water inlet via a small filter, which passes on to a vibrational pump, which introduces the water into a pressure tank, which by means of an air chamber located inside it maintains the pressure constant throughout the water circuit as the water is consumed for the infusions. At the outlet from the pressure tank, we have a pressure regulator, by means of which we regulate the pressure in the circuit and hence directly to a coil located inside the boiler. [sic] Before the inlet of the coil there is a branch which, by means of an electrovalve, allows water to pass to the boiler when the latter requires it. The coil has two water outlets, one for hot water for various uses and another for infusions, which, via an electrovalve, allows hot water to pass to the coffee-holder unit, for preparing the infusions, which are deposited in a container located for this purpose on a platform joined to a regulator device, i.e. when the liquid deposited in the container is that selected by said device, the latter will cut off the infusion. In sum, the machine itself is easy to handle and design, which makes it superautomatic, affords low energy consumption and an economic saving, both in terms of raw material (coffee) and in terms of its construction, thanks to the devices described.
