CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR 1,3-DITIOL-2-ILIDEN MALONATO DE DIETILO, CON ALCOHOL ISOPROPILICO EN PRESENCIA DE UN CATALIZADOR, PARA OBTENER COMO PRODUCTOS DE REACCION 1,3-DITIOL-2-ILIDEN MALONATO DE DIISOPROPILO. COMO CATALIZADOR SE UTILIZA ACIDO SULFURICO. EL TIEMPO DE REACCION HA DE ESTAR COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 4 Y 24 HORAS, SIENDO LA TEMPERATURA DE REACCION LA DE REFLUJO DEL ALCOHOL ISOPROPILICO. DE APLICACION EN LA TERAPEUTICA DE LAS ENFERMEDADES HEPATICAS.
