SE LLEVA A CABO LA MEZCLA DE LOS FANGOS EN ESTADO PASTOSO, CON CEMENTO PRODUCIENDOSE LA REACCION DEL PRIMER COMPONENTE DEL CEMENTO ALUMINATO TRICALCICO, HIDRATANDOSE E INICIANDOSE LA ACCION DE ATRAPAMIENTO DE LOS CONTAMINANTES PRESENTES EN EL FANGO; SEGUIDAMENTE, LOS SILICATOS BI O TRICALCICOS SE DESCOMPONEN LIBERANDO HIDRATO DE CAL Y SILICATOS HIDRATADOS; FORMANDOSE HIDROXIDOS METALICOS. LOS SILICATOS LIBERADOS REACCIONAN Y LA CAL SE LLEVA A SOLUCION EN EL AGUA DEL AMASADO PROVOCANDO EL HINCHAMIENTO DE LOS GELES DE SILICATOS Y FERRITAS HIDRATADOS ASI COMO DE LOS ALUMINATOS, LO QUE PRODUCE UN CONTACTO MUTUO ENTRE GELES <SOLDANDOSE> Y BLOQUEANDO ASI LOS CONTAMINANTES PRESENTES EN EL AMASADO. POR ULTIMO, SE AÑADE A LA MASA DE REACCION SILICATOS LIQUIDOS QUE ACELERAN EL FRAGUADO, EJERCIENDO PRINCIPALMENTE UNA ACCION DE TIPO FISICO EN EL ATRAPAMIENTO.
