COMPRENDE: A) AÑADIR UNA CANTIDAD INCREMENTAL DE UN AGENTE DE CURADO, Y DE ANALOGO AMINICO A UN PREPOLIMERO DE URETANO; B) HACER REACCIONAR AL AGENTE DE CURADO CON EL PREPOLIMERO URETANICO, ENTRE 25 Y 180GC, PARA PRECIPITAR ADUCTOS DE POLIRSUCIANATO LIBRE/AGENTE DE CURADO; C) AÑADIR LA CANTIDAD RESTANTE DEL AGENTE DE CURADO AL PREPOLIMERO DE URETANO; D) HACER REACCIONAR AL AGENTE DE CURADO CON DICHO PREPOLIMERO DE URETANO, ENTRE 30 Y 100GC, PARA FORMAR LA COMPOSICION URETANICA. EL AGENTE DE CURADO ES POLIOL ELEGIDO ENTRE 2-METIL-1,3-PROPANODIOL Y 1,4-BUTANODIOL; ANALOGOS AMINICOS SE ELIGEN ENTRE 3-AMINOPROPANOL, Y AMINA Y EL PREPOLIMERO URETANICO, SE ELIGE ENTRE POLI(BUTADIENO)DIOL Y POLI(OXIPROPILENO)DIOL Y CONTIENE POLIISOCIANATO COMO MDI.
