Abstract
Process for obtaining a vector DNA in which at least one of the bases is at least partly substituted by a modified base capable of being biologically incorporated into the genome DNA of a microorganism, this process concerning the bringing about and maintaining of the culture of this microorganism previously transformed by the corresponding vector DNA, in which the corresponding natural base is not modified, with a culture medium containing the modified base as replacement for the corresponding natural base. This process is carried out under protection from radiation of wavelengths longer than 400 nanometres.
