PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE UN MEDICAMENTO, DE ANTIBIOTICO SOBRE COLAGENO, DE EFECTO RETARDADO. COMPRENDE: A) IMPREGNAR UN COLAGENO, CUYO VOLUMEN DE POROS (60-95%) PERMANECE INALTERADO, CON UNA SOLUCION DE UNA SAL DE AMINOGLICORIDO ANTIBIOTICO Y DE OTRA SAL DE UN POLIMERO BIOADSORBIBLE DE CARACTERISTICAS POLIANIONICAS; B) DESPLAZAR EL PH A 4-8, PARA FORMAR UN COMPUESTO DE ADICION DE DIFICIL SOLUBILIDAD; Y C) SEPARAR EL DISOLVENTE. SIENDO: EL POLIMERO BIOADSORBIBLE, UN POLISACARIDO ACIDO COMO ACIDO PECTICO O ACIDO ALGINICO; EL ANTIBIOTICO, QUE SE EMPLEA DEL 1 AL 10%, SULFATO DE GENTAMICINA. SE UTILIZA EN FARMACIA PARA RETARDAR LA LIBERACION DE UN ANTIBIOTICO DESPUES DE SU ADMINISTRACION.
