Abstract

Process for imparting lubricity and hydrophilicity to synthetic fibers and fabrics which comprises applying a graft copolymer of an N-(oxymethyl)-acrylamide and a poly(oxyalkylene) to the surface of the fiber or fabric and crosslinking the graft copolymer on said surface in the presence of an acid catalyst.
