Abstract
The device adjoining the inertia coupling for clamping and releasing the plate has no pre-stressing. The control member both in the clamping direction and free direction operates actively so that the inertia coupling remains free if no demand is made upon it. The clamping and releasing device is in the form of a double diaphragm spring (16E), the outer peripheral area (18E) of which is pressure-free, whilst the fingers (20E) interacting with the control member fulfil the double function of clamping and freeing.
