Abstract

This device consists essentially of a movable cradle (1) which is mounted on two lateral guides (7) and is moved preferably by compressed-air pistons (15, 16). The cradle (1) is arranged in the region of an injection station (19) and is temporarily introduced into an injection mould when the latter is opened in an intermediate phase between a first and a second injection moulding operation. The cradle (1) contains a multiplicity of electrical resistors (6) which briefly heat the surface of the thermoplastic part, which has already been injection moulded, in order to prepare it for a second injection moulding operation so as to obtain a perfect connection between the two injection moulded materials.
