PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DEL ESTER BENZOILMETILICO DEL ACIDO 1-ETIL-6-FLUORO-7-(1-PIPERACINIL)-4-OXO-1,4-DIHIDRO-QUINOLIN-3-CARBOXILICO, DE FORMULA GENERAL (I).COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, EL ACIDO 6-FLUORO-7-CLORO-1-ETIL-4-OXO-1,4-DIHIDRO-QUINOLIN-3-CARBOXILICO SE HACE REACCIONAR CON N-TRITIL-PIPERACINA, EN PRESENCIA DE UN ACEPTOR DE ACIDO; SEGUNDA, EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO SE TRATA CON POTASICA ALCOHOLICA, PARA OBTENER EL PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO 6-FLUORO-1-ETIL-4-OXO-7-(4-TRITIL-PIPERACINIL)-1,4-DIHIDRO-QUINOLIN-3-CARBOXILATO POTASICO; Y POR ULTIMO, DICHO COMPUESTO INTERMEDIO SE HACE REACCIONAR CON BENZOATO DE CLOROMETILO EN UN DISOLVENTE ANHIDRO Y, SEGUIDAMENTE, SE ESCINDE EL GRUPO PROTECTOR TRITILO EN MEDIO ACIDO.DE APLICACION EN LA MEDICINA HUMANA PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE INFECCIONES DE LAS VIAS URINARIAS.
