ACETOBUTYLICUM COMO LA CEPA ATCC 4529; B) INOCULAR UN MEDIO DE CULTIVO EN UN REACTOR DE CULTIVO CONTINUO, CON EL CULTIVO DE SIEMBRA; Y C) OPERAR EL CULTIVO CONTINUO EN CONDICIONES DE TEMPERATURAS Y PH APROPIADOS, PARA DESARROLLAR AL MICROORGANISMO EN UN REGIMEN DE DILUCION, QUE EVITA LA ACUMULACION DE SOLVENTES EN EL MEDIO POR UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO SUFICIENTE Y FORMAR UNA CEPA QUE PRODUCE MAS SOLVENTE EN UN TIEMPO MAS CORTO QUE LA CEPA PRINCIPAL.
