METODO PARA EL REVESTIMIENTO DE UNA JUNTURA DE SOLDADURA DE CONDUCTOS TUBULARES, CON UN MATERIAL DE LASTRE.COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE ALIMENTA LA TOLVA DE UNA COCLEA DE ALIMENTACION POR HUSILLO, CON UNA MEZCLA DE RESINAS POLIURETANICAS MODIFICADAS QUE ENGLOBAN UN MATERIAL INERTE DE ALTA DENSIDAD Y DE GRANULOMETRIA BIEN DEFINIDA; SEGUNDA, DICHA MEZCLA EN FORMA DE LODO SE PASA A UN MEZCLADOR DE CUCHILLAS DONDE ES INTENSAMENTE MEZCLADA CON UN CATALIZADOR ENDURECEDOR LIQUIDO, INYECTADO POR MEDIO DE UNA BOMBA DOSIFICADORA Y A TRAVES DE UN INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR QUE CONTROLA LA TEMPERATURA DEL MISMO; Y POR ULTIMO, SE RELLENA EL MOLDE CON LA MEZCLA PREPARADA.
