PROCEDIMIENTO DE FABRICACION DE UN LIGANTE AUTORRETICULANTE DE ENDURECIMIENTO TERMICO PARA BARNICES DE INMERSION ELECTRICA.SE HACE REACCIONAR UN DIISOCIANATO CON UN COMPUESTO QUE LLEVE GRUPOS REACTIVOS FRENTE A GRUPOS DE ISOCIANATO Y COMO MINIMO UN GRUPO CARBALCOXIMETILESTER PARA OBTENER UN COMPUESTO INTERMEDIO CON GRUPOS DE ISOCIANATO TERMINALES, LOS CUALES A CONTINUACION SE HACEN REACCIONAR CON UNA AMINA PRIMARIA O SECUNDARIA, UNA CETIMINA O UNA ALDIMINA, QUE CONTENGA EN EL ATOMO DE NITROGENO UN ATOMO DE HIDROGENO, O CON UN AMINOALCOHOL BLOQUEADOEN EL NITROGENO. LAS REACCIONES ANTERIORES SE REALIZAN EN UNA PROPORCION MOLAR TAL, QUE SE OBTENGA UN LIGANTE CON 1 A 5 GRUPOS HIDROXILOS Y 1 A 5 GRUPOS DE CARBALCOXIMELISTER CON 100 UNIDADES DE PESO MOLECULAR.
