PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE DERIVADOS DE 7-OXO-1-AZABICICLO [3.2.0] HEPTENO. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR, EN PRESENCIA DE UN ACEPTOR DE ACIDO, COMO EL CARBONATO POTASICO, UN ESTER ESCINDIBLE, TAL COMO EL ESTER P-NITROBENCILICO, DE UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL (II), CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL 8 (III) PARA OBTENER DERIVADOS DE 7-OXO-1-ALZABICLO [3.2.0] HEPTENO DE FORMULA GENERAL (I), DONDE X REPRESENTA UN GRUPO AMINO, POR EJEMPLO P-NITROBENCILOXICARBONILAMINO. LA REACCION TIENE LUGAR A TEMPERAURA DE 15º C EN PRESENCIA DE DIMETILFORMAMIDA. TIENE APLICACION PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE LAS INFECCIONES BACTERIANAS EN LOS ANIMALES.
